Stephanie helped me plan the best trip for my children 1st time at Disney World. She made sure that we had the best deals as well as making our reservation. She also made an itinerary to follow depending on what genie plus lighting Lane was selected which was very helpful. She was available during my trip to answer any of my questions which then the kids called her magic in mama's pocket.

I will never plan a trip to Disney without having Stephanie as my travel agent. She was SO helpful from the moment I was even CONSIDERING booking a trip all the way until the time we got home. I'm sure that I was a stressful client to have because I overthink and get anxiety about everything. But She was so patient with me and answered every little question I had with great detail and was able to calm me down when I was panicking about predicted rainstorms. She busted her butt booking all of the dining reservations and experiences I requested. She provided us with lists of each ride and character meets at each park so that we could plan ahead of time what things we were certain we wanted to do. She gave us all of her best tips and tricks for maneuvering the parks and genie plus and virtual queues. she provided us with pictures explaining the dining plan and which places require 2 credits vs 1 credit. I can't recommend her enough.

Steph is the best travel agent! Very knowledgeable about everything, gave me so many great tips. Was always very quick to reply to all of my millions of questions. She was always watching for sales and discounts and applying them for us and saved us a lot of money.
