Originally from Northern Ireland, my family and I made the leap to Georgia in 2017—and we haven’t looked back since. Before our big move, I spent years exploring Europe by plane, train, car, and even scooter — each journey offering its own adventure. From the lush green hills of Ireland to the rugged Isles of Scotland, from sun-soaked beaches in Portugal to island hopping through Greece, winding along the scenic roads of the Amalfi Coast, and hiking the alpine trails of Austria—Europe has always been my playground, and I know it like the back of my hand.

Since settling in the U.S., we’ve taken every opportunity to explore this vast and diverse country. We’ve experienced the charm of Georgia and the Carolinas, soaked up the sun in Florida, embraced the energy of New York City, explored the heart of Illinois, basked in Southern California’s beauty, and ventured through Texas—with plenty more on our list.
