Kendie booked for us a combination of a family wedding in Dover, New Hampshire, then moving on to a business trip in Boston, Massachusetts. She booked it all and it was smooth sailing. At the end of our trip, the weather did not cooperate with airline plans. We had just got through security and we’re notified our flight was canceled. I messaged Kendie. She was already on it and we were immediately booked to get home via a stop at LaGuardia and then onto our hometown. She communicated with the entire time. It went so smooth. Unfortunately, our son’s family did all the booking on their own and ended up not being able to get home that day.
