Shelly was amazing. I’m older and have a hard time getting around. Not only did she set me up with a scooter but a wheelchair as well for the excursion. We went through together looking at each excursion so I could choose which one was best for me. Shelly really made our cruise amazing!

Shelly was amazing from beginning to end with helping me plan my fiancés 40th Bday in Cancun. Great Family Vacation!

We had the best time on our family trip. Shelly helped us get our flights, pick a hotel, arranged transportation to and from the airport, book excursions (we got to release baby sea turtles, it was incredible) and answered all our questions. She even reminded us to get our passports. No detail was left out. We will definitely use her for our next vacation!

This past summer, Shelly planned what turned out to be one of the most seamless and memorable trips I’ve ever taken. From the moment we started discussing ideas, she seemed to know exactly what kind of experience I was looking for—even when I wasn’t totally sure. She curated a perfect blend of relaxation, culture, and adventure throughout the Yucatán Peninsula.
Our boutique hotel in Mérida was stunning and perfectly located, and the cenote tour she recommended ended up being the highlight of the trip. Each stop felt handpicked, not something you’d find by scrolling a generic travel site. Shelly also arranged a guided visit to Chichén Itzá that avoided the worst crowds, which made the whole experience feel almost magical.
What impressed me most was how present she remained during the trip. When our return shuttle time needed adjustment, she handled it immediately—no stress for us at all. It really felt like traveling with a safety net.
If you’re looking for someone who truly listens and builds a travel experience around you, Shelly is that person. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again. Highly recommended!

Our family trip to Jamaica was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to Travel with Shelly! The highlight was releasing baby turtles into the ocean—a magical moment Shelly arranged perfectly. Watching our kids help those tiny turtles reach the sea was beyond special and created memories we’ll talk about forever.
Shelly’s recommendations were spot-on. Our resort had fun water slides, great beaches, and snorkeling that let us swim with colorful fish! Shelly also set up a day at the Blue Hole, where we swam, climbed waterfalls, and had an amazing adventure together.

I have had the pleasure of Shelly being my agent for several trips now. She is very attentive and strives to make your experience the best it can possibly be. Her apps for having your trips at your fingertips are really helpful. Plus she sends all the documents (hotel info, car rentals, excursions) so you readily have the information available, making check in very easy. I recently used her services in planning my trip to Italy for 12 days…she booked everything from the hotels, car rentals, excursions, train rides. I had travelled to several places in Italy and having all the information in one place (my phone) made everything very easy for me.
