Working with Kicsha was great! She answered all our questions and paid so much attention to our trip. My husband and I chose to go to Universal and Disney for our honeymoon with our kids and she helped coordinate everything. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because she is unable to book airline tickets. We booked those ourselves and really botched it.
