Jess planned out an amazing trip to France that I took in August of 2025. She helped with choosing the flights that would work the best and also arranged for us to be on the Amawaterways cruise through Burgundy, France. She found our hotel for the first night in Lyon. It was the Boscolo and I can't say enough great things about it. The location was wonderful for grabbing some amazing food and sightseeing. Plus they have a whole pool/sauna area that was perfect for helping us get over the jet lag. Once on the riverboat the Ama team was great and Jess had arranged for our room to be set up in the correct configuration. The excursions she suggested were so much fun and I learned so much about France and wine on them. Jess also made sure that we got from the final stop back to Paris so we could head for home. In Paris she found a cute hotel that had great service. She also arranged a day trip to Monet's Gardens in Givenchy. The trip was capped off with a whirlwind 8 hour layover in London were we crammed in as many sights as we could before returning to America. In that layover Jess had a full list of ideas of what we could do based on what were the most important things we wanted to see in London. I would happily have Jess arrange all my future trips and have recommended her to family, friends and customers at my job.

While the trip was curated by Viking River cruises, Jess was key in reviewing the details and teling us important information such as the airfare booked originally did not fully recline —she knew that is why we paid extra for seating! Great catch and we are so grateful to her.

Jess helped us set up this trip in every way possible, including making the airline reservations (including modifying them when an airline schedule change made one of the connections too close for comfort) and hotel reservations and setting up tours that we requested at Notre Dame, the Paris Opera House and Giverny. She must have excellent contacts in the travel industry because everything she set up was absolutely first-rate.

Jessica was wonderful to work with. She coordinated a group of 8 coming together from all over. She thought of everything and our trip was fantastic.

Jessica was a delight to work with. She organized 6 ladies to fly from different parts of the states and one from Canada to meet in Lyon, France. She organized all our travels, dinner reservations, hotels and transportations to our different venues. She was very thorough and prompt. I would definitely use her again.

Jess did an outstanding job of helping us plan a trip of a lifetime through the Mediterranean. From setting up our cruise, airport transfers, pre and post cruise tours and hotels, everything was perfect. It took a huge amount of stress and time off our shoulders having Jess plan everything. Jessica was referred to us by a fellow family passenger on our Rhine Viking Trip. We engaged her in the process early and she assisted us throughout the trip, checking in regularly until we returned home. We appreciated her thoughts on the Viking excursions available to us and her advice was spot on because she took the time to learn about our interests and wishes for the trip. We appreciated that she took on the interface with Viking even when consulted about additional credits we might be entitled to. We decided to stay in the Netherlands for a week and Jessica skillfully helped us make all our accommodation arrangements and many of the museum and other arrangements. We especially appreciated her gentle support always stepping back if we wanted to make the final arrangements. She even advised and made parking arrangements for a B&B. She spotted the parking issue and arranged for meter parking on the street-a process we had not anticipated (and still don't understand ) that turned

Jess was an absolute joy to work with -- helpful beyond belief, helping us stay on track with our planning, and full of advice (and no problem if we didn't choose to follow it!). We would happily work with her again and have, in fact, recommended her to many friends since!

We had a wonderful trip to England ,France, and Germany all set up by Jessica. She was there for us every step of the way including when we needed help with airline details while in France. She is prompt and very helpful.

Jesssica (Jess) arranged everything for this trip. She booked my Wife and I a Key Deluxe Waterfront bungalow (AWSOME). All meals were included. Best of all, she found a great deal, which included SCUBA diving! She also made sure all of the transportation to/from the airport was arranged. Diving was great. Accomadations, food, activities, staff - all excellent. We found Anthony's Key Resort in Roatan to be an excelent resort for diving and relaxation. It's great to have Jess make all the arrangements for our trips. We tell her where we want to go, and she puts in the work to make sure we get what we are looking for. She's realy good at doing the research! She's done several trips for us, land adventures and cruises (we have two more this year that she's arranged - a cruise and a diving/relaxation trip. She spoils us! And is very good to work with.

I have always wanted to go the island of Hawaii. I contacted Jess and told her that I would like to stay somewhere quiet and away from all the noise. She had two choices for me in a few days. I made my decision and she had me all booked and ready to go. Jess kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. My trip was perfect. She does an amazing job and loves it too.

I cannot recommend Jessica highly enough! She planned the most incredible girls’ trip to Hawaii, and every detail was absolutely perfect. We hiked breathtaking trails, (even saw whales and sea turtles!!) explored the island, and enjoyed all of the delicious food Hawaii had to offer. Jess was incredibly proactive in her communication throughout the entire eight months of our planning. She consistently checked in and provided helpful tips for each destination we were visiting. Since we had never traveled this far before, she ensured all our questions were answered, making us feel completely comfortable before our trip. While we were in Europe, I had a few questions and called her. She was quick to respond and made me feel at ease, encouraging me to ask anything without ever making me feel like a burden. Jess also made sure our itinerary was exactly to our standards and aligned with our interests. We went to Italy and Greece and she made sure every step from transportation to hotels and excursions was all taken care of.

She was great to work with. She was very available to talk whenever I had questions and spent time and energy finding us the perfect cruise and travel plans that really fit our needs and budget. It was nice to work with someone local and private and who was knowledgable about the travel plans and areas we traveled to. (Florida and Carribean).
