As we prepared to take our family to Disney World, Gabrielle was an invaluable asset. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered my millions of questions leading up to our trip to help us feel completely prepared and to help us understand the complex Genie+ system. This ensured that we were able to have successful park days with minimal ride wait times.
