Marci was instrumental in making our European cruise an amazing experience! From getting us the best price, (along with some incentives we would have never gotten on our own) to sending us reminders for all relevant dates (dates to book dining reservations, shows, etc) to helping us navigate the strikes that regularly occur in Europe, her knowledge and communication was top notch! So comforting to know we had someone to reach out to for any and all questions or issues. We won’t book another cruise without her!

What a great experience and extremely helpful travel agent! Full disclosure, my wife and I don't normally use travel agents for trips. My wife loves to research, plan, and execute big trips on her own, however, Marci came recommended to us from a family member. I must say that both my wife and I were extremely impressed with her knowledge and professionalism for our trip needs. Marci walked us through the process for our Virgin Cruise (we spent a few days in Greece and did a Greek Island Cruise) and provide insights and advise a long the way. She helped us setup our transfers from the airport to hotel, hotel to port, port to hotel, and hotel to airport. She also gave us recommendations on places to stay (in Greece), sights to see (both in Greece and the locations we stopped along the cruise), and optional excursions to consider (in addition to what Virgin offered). Overall there wasn't a detail of our trip that she didn't advise on or help with. My wife was less stressed about everything and things went just as well as if she had done all the leg work herself. Overall great experience and will use her services again.

What a marvelous way to keep family and friends together for a celebratory weekend, a 3-day adventure on the Utopia of the Seas. Easiest port (Port Canaveral) to depart from. Many came from various spots around the country and we all met at one location the night before, and then shuttle to the ship, 5 minutes away! You could drink on board and not drive (safety first), we all ate together for dinner, and the staterooms were personalized for the size of the family. Evening shows were a highlight, especially the "Aqua show." The Ice skating and comedian shows were also special to witness. If you want a PERFECT weekend, call Marci, she's the best to make the magic happen. No itinerary is beyond her capability... Memories are guaranteed to last a lifetime.

We had a wonderful trip. Marci helped us plan every step including our hotel stays before and after in Seattle, flights, and a transfer to the cruise port. She also provided reminders and sent me a printed itinerary which I used a lot. It was such a seamless experience. I highly recommend Marci. She answered all my questions and I asked many!
