This is our second trip with Stephanie. She is the best at taking care of every detail of our trip. We were kept up to date on all aspects of the trip and even had our cruise luggage tags and lanyards sent to us before the trip. Stephanie’s attention to detail is outstanding. Stephanie is an absolute gem! She stayed in constant communication from initial planning, all the way to a safe return home. She offered suggestions at varying price ranges, spoke to the concierge on our behalf for excursions, reached out upon a safe arrival and notified us of a delayed departure (which didn't impact our arrival home as she allowed time in our layover). Will definitely be using her again for future travel!

Stephanie made the experience SO smooth! She took all of the stress I felt about planning a surprise anniversary trip and handled every arrangement from flights to airport transfers and resort booking! She checked in along the way with updates on any flight changes and also throughout our stay at the resort to make sure things were going well! Her website kept everything organized and easy to track!

We just returned from an amazing trip to Scotland and Ireland that Knot on the Clock (Stephanie & Loes) planned for us! Knot on the Clock was amazing! We absolutely loved having her plan our trip. Stephanie had us COMPLETELY prepared for our first cruise with two children (6yo; 1yo). She even went as far as finding a video of our exact room so we knew exactly what to expect. All our documents were printed and sent to us with adorable cruising lanyards and luggage tags already made. She also sent a helpful packing list and everything we needed to be prepared for our trip. It was so nice to not have to think so much about our upcoming trip because of Stephanie! Very grateful and will definitely contact her again!

Just spent 8 days on 51 ft catamaran in BVI that was chartered by David and Stephanie Stone. There were 11 of us total and the trip was outstanding. We sailed to a different island each day. The Stone’s knowledge and love of this area was evident in every detail that made our trip very enjoyable. They are professional, calm in all situations and just fun to be around. They have so much knowledge of the boat and solved several electrical issues while on our voyage. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation .especially for this type of trip/destination!!

We just returned from a wonderful 8 days in the British Virgin Islands. I am so thrilled to have found Stephanie and Knot on the Clock! My husband and I wanted to cruise for our vacation this year. We began looking at options early in the year to prepare. Having never cruised before, we were both overwhelmed by not only all the cruise line options, but also by all the options each line provided. We couldn’t even begin to make decisions! This has definitely been a vacation to put in the books. I could not complain about one thing. It definitely one trip everyone needs to experience at least once . Beautiful water, island and relaxing place. It was a awesome experience to deal with Stephanie. Working with Stephanie has been an absolute pleasure. We were referred to her by our friends in TN and we live in Ga. She booked our cruise for us and went above and beyond every step of the way. Her communication was consistent, timely, and incredibly helpful I never once had to chase down information or wonder what came next.
