Kim made selecting the right cruise effortless by presenting incredible options we hadn't even considered. We ultimately chose a Virgin Voyages Caribbean cruise departing from San Juan, and it was a total home run—the food and the islands were highlights, and the balcony hammocks are a must-have! What really set Kim apart was her support when things didn't go as planned. When one of our excursions was canceled due to weather, she immediately stepped in with several great alternatives. Even more impressive: when our flight was delayed and we were at risk of missing a connection, she worked to find us options even though she hadn't handled our airfare. From the initial presentation to the final details of what to expect onboard, Kim’s expertise allowed us to focus entirely on having a great time. If you want a stress-free experience, I highly recommend her.

Spending Christmas 2024 at Walt Disney World felt like stepping into a holiday dream—twinkling lights, festive music, and Disney magic everywhere you turned. What made the trip truly exceptional, though, was how seamlessly everything came together thanks to Kim. During one of the busiest weeks of the year, every detail had already been handled. Park reservations, dining, and Lightning Lane strategies were all carefully planned in advance, along with helpful tips and backup plans. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by crowds and logistics, Mom and I were able to focus on enjoying each moment. That level of preparation made a huge difference and turned what could have been a stressful trip into a smooth, enjoyable experience. Magic Kingdom captured the heart of Christmas perfectly, with decorated streets and Cinderella castle glowing in festive colors. EPCOT was a more relaxed pace where we ate seasonal food from around the world. The resort was amazing, with beautiful decorations, peaceful surroundings, and transportation that made getting around easy. After long park days, it felt like a calm, festive retreat. Of course, the crowds were heavy, but having a solid plan in place made them manageable. Overall, this trip proved that with the right planning—especially with a travel agent who truly thinks of everything—Christmas at Disney World becomes not just doable, but unforgettable. My wife and I travel a lot and I usually do the planning. I drive myself crazy trying to get all the details right. Our last cruise we used Kim, and everything went perfect with no worries.

First, she was very easy to work with. We had several changes in requests, she never hesitated once jumped right in and changed things for us as needed. Gave excellent trip tips for when we got there and doing the things we wanted. Checked in on us to make sure everything was going okay because we had transfers and she wanted to make sure that we were happy with the service. She really goes above and beyond.
