My wife and I have traveled a good bit over the past 15 years. This trip was the 1st time we have ever used a travel agent. Krystal Smith was beyond anything we could have expected. We can not wait to book our next trip with her.

Krystal was amazing, this was mine and my kiddos first time out of Canada and I felt completely prepared. She stayed in touch and checked on our trip the whole way. 12/10 recommend and can't wait to do again! It’s hard to know where to even begin because we are so grateful we used Krystal for the most amazing vacation! My husband and I have never used a travel agent before because we assumed we would have to pay, but we were pleasantly surprised that’s not the case. All I had to do was just give her our budget and preferences and she set us up at the perfect all-inclusive Mexican vacation, flights and all! She was super patient when we were waiting for our passports to come through, and she was always there for us to answer any questions! We even had a sweet welcome treat at the resort she set up for us among other things. Trying to coordinate a trip for 30 people flying from all over the country was no easy task but somehow Krystal made it all work! Combining different budgets, different importance placed on different things like kids club or food. She somehow came up with a great solution and we all ended up having an amazing time. My friends and I wanted to plan a large group trip to a resort and we all had a great amount of difficulty finding a trip we all could agree on. Not only did Krystal answer all my (many, many) Questions during the Booking and Planning of our Trip... she also checked in before we left, while we were away and upon our return. When our Return flight was Canceled due to a Snowstorm back home... Krystal quickly assured us We would be taken care of and not to worry! And we certainly were ? We got a Bonus Night in Mexico at the Mirage Excellence Resort which just Recently Opened! It was Spectacular and Seemless! Krystal also stepped in when we had a little bump along the way to one of our excursions (no fault of hers) and quickly made sure we were all set for a good day, transportation back to our Resort and made sure to communicate with the Excursion Operator to get us a Refund for Services not Rendered ? Krystal was a literal calm in the storm during our recent vacation to Mexico. Not only is she incredibly communicative and reliable, but when we ended up getting stranded in Mexico trying to get back to NYC, she also got us safely back to NY and kept us all calm about being "trapped" there. Krystal responds to messages quickly and takes into account all your needs to ensure the perfect vacation for you and your family. I don't know Krystal personally, but messaging with her is like messaging a kind friend who cares about doing a great job. My family and I 100% would recommend Krystal to anyone looking for a travel agent!

Krystal was invaluable to our trip to Cancun at Secrets Mirabel recently. She worked with our budget and flexible dates to find us the best rate but the services didn't stop there. She booked and tracked our flights (including our delay on the way home. She knew the flight was delayed before I did and I was AT the airport!), helped us pick excursions that were highly rated, followed up promptly with every question before, during and after our trip and so much more. My husband said "we will never travel to an all inclusive without Krystal ever again". The peace of mind she gave us was unmatched. She really is a wealth of knowledge if you want to book an AI. My family and I had the absolute time of our lives at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana. We had never been to an all inclusive before and had no idea where to even start when trying to figure out the right place to book. Krystal carefully listened to all our hopes and budget parameters and recommended a package that ended up being perfect for us, and a really good value. She handled all the booking for us and even found us a direct flight that is nearly impossible to get from our city. She prepared a packet for us ahead of the trip that was incredibly helpful in terms of knowing who to tip at the resort and how much, how to navigate things like timeshare sales pitches, how to find our private transport at the airport, etc! She really nailed it on recommending the right resort for us. The resort was beautiful, clean, with incredible staff, and food that we're told is much better than at other resorts. Our room was spacious and gave us the privacy we wanted away from our kids with a two adjoining room set up. The kids loved all the pool, beach and slide options, and they adored the breakfast buffet :) We've had an intense few years and really needed a disconnect -- this trip was just the tropical medicine the whole family needed! We are so grateful for Krystal and all the resort staff who took care of all the logistics for us the entire week; we will definitely continue to work with her for future all inclusive vacation planning needs!

Krystal was an incredible resource. I was a bit overwhelmed when first planning the trip as I didn’t even know where I wanted to go, much less what specific resort. Krystal showed me multiple options at different locations and helped me narrow down the best fit based on reviews and first-hand experience. She was also very helpful in deciding when to pull the trigger and book the flight based on current pricing and future predictions. Once the trip got closer, she was still very helpful providing a packet of useful information including transfers from the airport, tipping, and excursions.

I decided to take a birthday trip somewhat last minute in December 2025. I spent a few hours on my own researching forums, youtube videos, etc... and I really hadn't narrowed it down enough to get the ball rolling. After seeing one of her responses on reddit, I decided to reach out. I told her my criteria and budget and she sent me 3 options, one of which I immediately fell in love with (Secrets Tides Punta Cana). She helped setup travel accommodations to and from the airport. And even provided us with a very helpful booklet on Punta Cana, the resort and activities. While we did not leave the resort, it was an excellent trip and everything we desired. She was very easy to work with and most importantly very responsive. I recommend working with Krystal if you're traveling anywhere in the Caribbean or anywhere else she serves.

Initially we were going to Punta Cana but due to the incoming hurricane Melissa Krystal put on her Superwomen cape and pivoted me and my whole group to Cancun. Normally I plan my vacations myself and I have often wondered why people use Travel Agents when you can just do it yourself. Now I know why. It felt like everything was going wrong with my planning for this trip and I didn't have time to do everything myself like usual. Having someone to discuss options with but then have them take care of the actual bookings was really nice. Due to airline issues we had to switch our arrival to a different airport they day of our trip. This was so helpful after dealing with the stress of the airline issues (we booked the flight before we started working with her so she wasn't able to handle it for us) And when we had our dates wrong for a tour she reached out and made sure we got things taken care of. She took care of all the details and even booked our airport transportation. She is quick to answer any questions. This trip was somewhat complicated from the beginning as I was traveling with my daughter who lives in a different province and we both had things we absolutely wanted in an all-inclusive resort. At the last minute, I had to make a very big change to our trip and she handled the whole thing. She made it work even when I had very little hope because of the insurance deadline and our budget. Then when we arrived at our destination and my luggage had been lost, she handled that too and didn't stop until my suitcase was returned to me. She is always pleasant and replies quickly. Both my daughter and I agree that we will never book a trip without Krystal's help again!
