I have been knowing Mira for over 20 or more years. I wanted to try to get on a cruise with my family that was leaving in two weeks. She responded to me very quick and made it happen. She was able to get us all at one table for over evening dining. I have been on about 5 cruises, never have I had a room on the higher deck, even with me booking early. But Mira was able to get me on deck 9. We had an awesome time on the cruise. Mira thank you for everything, I will be contacting you again for some reasonable get away(s). I will recommend her to friends and family.

Kudos to Mira for all she did for our recent trip family vacation. I sent her our fixed travel dates for a Christmas trip as well as some destinations that were on the list of possibilities. She took it from there, providing pricing and options on all of them. We whittled those down to a single destination and she very capably handled all the land arrangements for 6-people. When we hit a last minute speed bump a few days before departure (totally/completely my fault) she was able to fix it to my great relief. I'd also asked her to keep an eye out for two upgraded rooms at the resort we chose and a few days before our arrival she let me know that the room-type I wanted was available. Everything was great and she made it effortless for us. Awesome job and we are very grateful for Mira's magic.

Mira, I had a very enjoyable time on the cruise. Predictably, there was too much food, and it was all very good. The dining room was really a great experience. The food was great and the offerings were diverse and very interesting. The service on board was outstanding; from the dining room staff to the cabin stewards, everything was really very good. The entertainment was great and the excursions were all fun. It was great doing things as part of a group; it was a much nicer experience being able to share the experience and share experiences with other members of the group. Overall, a really nice experience and something that I would recommend to others. Thank you for all that you did in putting it together.

I can’t say enough about our experience working with Mira Crenshaw. We were coordinating a 50th Anniversary celebration with six couples. She was so professional from the very beginning, providing all the direction and information we needed for the trip. Our trip didn’t start off very well, with our flight being delayed causing us to miss our connection to the Bahamas, consequently we weren’t able to meet our friends until the next day. Even though she was out of the country on vacation, she right away took care of us, making sure we didn’t lose our reservation. But she went far and above just helping us, she had a nice surprise waiting for us in our room. So she arranged to have us stay an extra day (no cost to us) and she got our flight changed. Needless to say, she made our 50th Anniversary a wonderful experience. I will ABSOLUTELY, use her again!

Hello Mira, we had the best time in Toronto. Everything was perfect! The hotel, food, weather and excursions were great!!! The helicopter ride was my favorite thing to do with my son but scared the life out of me?? he told me "you only live once mom" and I said "you only die once too last time I checked!" The views were amazing from what I could see, when my eyes were open lol Niagara Falls takes your breath away. Thank you for everything!
