I really enjoyed the 8 dys Caribbean cruise we took and appreciate the planning and information Billy provided. The room was in the best place, and we didn't have to do much walking to get to the all the restaurants. Thanks for this experience and we can't wait for the Alaska trip. The only issue we had was we didn't know we still needed reservations for My time dining but that was an easy fix.

Fantastic Trip

Did a trip to Barcelona with my wife and had the best trip ever. We stayed in the gothic center walking distance to may of the sites. He set up the visit to Sagrada Familia and our hop on hop off bus tickets. Everything was well thought out and our hotel and transportation was fantastic.

The cruise was amazing! Loved the ship! However, we were new to the Royal Caribbean cruise line and were not aware of many of their policies. (Shows book up quickly on-line, didn't know the ship holds back 20% of the tickets. Even then we couldn't get in to see some of the shows) Asked for all transfers to be included with our reservation. Transfers were not included with our reservations. Did not know this until the week of the trip. This created lots of frustration since we were traveling with another party.

Niece’s visit

Billy arranged travel plans for my 13 year niece, which included first class plane tickets and escort services , since she was traveling alone and had to fly from
Ohio through Atlanta snd needed to change planes to fly into Memphis . All went well and she enjoyed the flight and the extra attention .

Trip to Flower Show in Philly to visit with my tw

Had a great time, plane arrangements went great, car service was on time picking me up but a little late on the return to airport but it was not an issue. The hotel was very nice but was under renovation so there was some confusion...connecting rooms were requested; my nieces were assigned a connecting room but it was not connected to my room .I requested a king room but got a double double ; however, it was a very nice room with a lovely view. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and my room was only serviced once, even though I specifically requested room service all days. The staff did bring fresh towels and bottles of water and replaced two light bulbs that were out upon arrival, when I called and ask. The lobby bar was also the restaurant , drinks, food and service was very good. The hotel was only a short distance from the convention center where the flower show took place so no problem walking to and from the event.

Cross country road trip

Transatlantic Cruise

We booked a 15 night transatlantic from Barcelona through him and had a great trip. It was so good we booked several more cruises including through him another transatlantic next year. My wife thought that his pre-trip planning was very thorough and our private car pickup at the Barcelona airport to hotel was very comfortable as was the private transfer to the cruise port. When our cruise was delayed getting into Miami we contacted the office and they were quick to change our flights and get us home that evening.
