Skip planned a trip for myself and my two sons to Australia and New Zealand. After a search for a travel agent, Skip's enthusiasm and knowledge of Australia and New Zealand had me hooked. I can't say enough about how amazing the trip was - everything from the places we visited, to the hotels, to the adventures scheduled were perfect. One of the things I loved is that if I had made the plans myself, I would not have scheduled some of the tours or adventures, and I am so glad I took his suggestions as they were some of my favorite moments on the trip. Skip just made my parents the happiest travelers on earth. He sent them to New Zealand, but what was more amazing, he rescued their trip after Dad’s accident.

Mom and Dad have been married 51 years. Last year, they planned to take a 50th anniversary trip to New Zealand. But two months before they left, Dad fell and injured his head badly. They were heartbroken, but they knew New Zealand would have to be cancelled.

Over the years, we have visited several beautiful Caribbean islands. To commemorate both our son's graduations and other wonderful milestones in our family, we decided it was time to take a European adventure! Though I planned our previous vacations, I was apprehensive to take on the task of planning a trip overseas. So my search for a travel consultant began. Skip did an incredible job coordinating our Hawaiian honeymoon for us. He sent us several itineraries to choose from and guided us through them so we could decide what would be most enjoyable for us. We ended up doing North Shore, Oahu and Kauai. Skip handled hotel bookings, rentals, inter-island flights, and excursions for us which meant a stress-free honeymoon for us. I can’t speak highly enough of Skip. I realize very quickly that we picked the right person and that he understood what we were looking to do and the vibe we had in mind. We wanted to accomplish a couple things; see lots of birds, feel like we experience both islands, do a bunch of Lord of the Rings excursions, and eat really good food. After deciding that Costa Rica was our first post-pandemic family vacation, I was stumped. So I did what I've done before and contacted Skip, our true get-away guru, to help me figure out where to go and what to do. Working through the holidays and from his own family vacation, Skip booked us at The Tabacon in the Arenal region. We had no idea how valuable the transfers to and from the airport to resort would be or how much it helps to have an expert make arrangements at a location that was absolutely superb.

We recently got back from our bucket trip in November, and Skip made the trip unforgettable! From the beginning, he had so many great ideas and options for the budget, which was nice since we had never been to our destination before. Oh my gosh, this trip is one that my whole family will remember for their lifetime! Our beach cabin was in front of the main part of the resort and we had the most amazing view every second of the day. To be able to lie in bed and see the ocean and hear the coral tinkling on the beach mere meters from us was incredible. We were able to grab our snorkel gear and walk straight out and see and swim with the most amazing things. We would also walk over to Nudey Beach and that was even more incredible. My brain couldn’t process what it was seeing.
The reef trip with Sunlover Reef Cruises was incredible too. We did the Intro to Scuba Diving and then straight away did the Guided Snorkel Tour and they made sure food was kept aside for us, that we were in the right spot at the right time and was so informative. Seriously, this was the best vacation. Thank you so much for organizing our trip for us. We are very grateful and will be contacting you again for our next one!

I highly recommend Skip! He's the best. He helped us plan our honeymoon, a trip to Jamaica, and more recently, a trip to Maui. We will continue to work with him for years to come. From the beginning, he takes the time to get to know his clients and suggests vacations based on your interests and desires. He never speaks to you in a condescending manner, and is just so upbeat and friendly. Once you book your trip, he keeps you informed up to the date that you leave, and he prepares a vacation packet for you that includes all of your papers in an nice pouch. This is great because you just grab that pouch and you have all the important documents handy when you need it. More than that, Skip is just an awesome guy! He is easy to talk to and is always accessible to his clients. Trust me. No vacations are perfect (flights get cancelled/luggage gets lost) but Skip is always just a phone call or text away. Skip did a wonderful job choosing flights and the best hotel in our price band for the honeymoon of our dreams in Bora Bora. We spent 5 nights in the most gorgeous hotel on a private island and our room had breathtaking views. He made it very easy for us to have plenty of time to catch our flights and people waiting to show us where to go. Planning a honeymoon on top of a wedding would have been so stressful and he took out all the hard parts for us and made it the best trip of our lives.
