He’s proactive with air travel changes even if they happen during your vacation. Our recent trip to WDW was interrupted midweek by hurricane Ian. Barry help with advice on extending our stay at WDW, flight updates, transfer changes, and reminders afterwards to file a request for reimbursement from the insurance company for the extra days we stayed.

I came back from a girls’ trip to Mexico. The resort was wonderful but the check out process was not. When I checked out, instead of checking me out using Mexican pesos, he used American dollars which resulted in me being charged $5000 on my credit card instead of $275! I called Barry after my trip and told him what happened and he immediately offered his assistance. His assistance resulted in a credit from the hotel and an apology. Barry made this stressful experience so much easier!
