They are very knowledgeable about their job. They have great customer service. I would highly recommend them. They have helped me with a lot of travel. They do any type of travel from domestic to international. They also specialize in Disney World!

It has been wonderful, with no effort from us and everything is going so smoothly. He has kept us informed and sent us via email all the information we need to be ready to go on our trip. He's never minded when my husband might stop by the office to inquire about something. All my husband and I have to do is sit and wait for the time for us to go. All paperwork, reservations, hotels are taken care of, with Barry and the tour company. We are so looking forward to our trip in May, 2017!!

We were new to the area and Richcreek Travel agency was recommended to us by a friend. We were looking for assistance in planning a trip. We've never been on a "tour" trip and had no idea where to even start. Barry has guided and helped us every step of the way, from recommending the tour company and navigating all the ins and outs of arranging everything. We have booked a Disney vacation with Barry on two separate occasions. Both times we had specific requests to accommodate our family, including our infant son and his two older siblings. Both times, we had a wonderful time and the booking process (and vacation) went smoothly!
