She also did a great job setting up our room and even getting us discounts for some add ons offered by the resort.

I was planning a trip to Universal Studio with a day at Disney for my Son's birthday. Britni took care of our hotel reservations and park tickets. She advise us on the best ways to travel and schedule airport pick up. I wanted to handle the reservation for dinner and the extra on my own but when I was having issues with booking a reservation Britni called them right away and got it booked for me. She sent us all the Easter Egg/ Tips for all the parks which made our time even more special! She even checked in with us once we got check in to make sure we had everything we needed. My son had an amazing time and it was the best birthday ever!
