From day one, until after you get back home, Jackie is there every step of the way. She handles everything with professionalism, taking all the burdens of planing and executing the most perfect vacation. Highly recommend!!!!!

Jackie helped us plan a family Disney cruise in a shorter time frame. She was so patient, quick to respond, and gave great information with all of our questions. She steered us in all the right directions! Jackie’s detailed emails helped us understand all the ins and outs since this was our first family cruise. People will sometimes ask why they should use a travel agent. My answer is always "you don't know what you don't know" (but a good travel agent does) and I immediately recommend Jackie. She's been with us from the start of our retirement planning (7 cruises planned so far and an upcoming family trip soon to be scheduled). We were complete cruise novices (and not 'cruise people') when we started this season of traveling and with Jackie's help have definitely become 'cruise people'. When planning a trip, she meets with us via zoom, listens carefully to our ideas, expectations and budget, and comes back with excellent suggestions. That first cruise was amazing and exactly what we had imagined. She planned every detail down to hotels, insurance, cruise excursions, transfers, etc. After not traveling overseas in 25 years, we were understandably nervous but we knew Jackie had our backs if we needed her. We were able to focus on the excitement of travel and new sights and sounds without any worries. Since then, we've worked with her through a number of trips, each of which she has meticulously planned from start to finish and each of which has exceeded our expectations. She's very easy to work with, responds to questions and requests quickly, listens carefully and can pivot on a dime if need be. I am not a person to make recommendations for much of anything, except when it comes to Jackie. After all this personal experience with her expertise, I easily provide her contact information to those looking for a good travel agent.

Jackie worked her special Magic again for us! A Disney cruise to Alaska leaving from Vancouver. Since this was our second cruise, we had a few less questions on some things, but first Disney cruise, so had tons on that. Once again, questions asked and answered to get us into what worked well for us. So very thorough on how to make it simple and easy. We were traveling during the World Cup, so Jackie kept up with the crazy pricing that was going on. She suggested we stay at The Pan Pacific in Vancouver the night before. They will get your luggage to the ship and then you take the elevator down for a leisurely stroll along the dock to your destination. Jackie suggested excursion options in each port and helped get them set up. And Wow did they impress. Whale watching, glacier viewing, dog sledding, gold panning, totem pole history, clan house, bus tours with excellent guides to show you Alaska! Back to port and take Amtrak to Seattle. Once again Jackie’s knowledge of the area and things to do were invaluable! Set us up in a central location, with a surprise upgrade for a hotel suite! And when it was time to head home and those dreaded flight delays crop up, once again she was on top of what was happening and offering options. Jackie is just the best!
