Sharon was extremely helpful in planning a "short notice" bucket list trip to Portugal and Spain. She was able to find flights and deals that I was not able to find on the internet. She partnered with a local travel company to provide us with a seamless experience upon arriving in Lisbon for 2 nights then travelling on to Porto via train where we began a Backroads Tour. She was aware of our travel budget once we returned to Porto and gave us multiple options of places to stay. Sharon was easily accessible via email and even emailed us tour updates while we were on our trip. I will definitely use Sharon again!

Our trip to Italy (Rome, Florence & Venice) was spectacular. Working with Sharon was a pleasure. 30 seconds with her and you know you are in good hands. She is warm, caring, knowledgeable, and lots of fun. Every aspect of our trip that she helped with went smoothly ... transportation, tours, experience recommendations. It was all great. She was also very helpful in helping us make the best cost to benefit decisions.

From start to finish, Sharon was with us all the way. All of the recommendations that she made were right on point. Acting as a liaison between ourselves and Viking Cruises, she was the ultimate professional and most importantly the communication was excellent. I would gladly refer Sharon to anyone,

We cannot say enough great things about our travel agent, Sharon Rajagopal. From start to finish, she planned and executed one of the most incredible family vacations we’ve ever experienced. Sharon booked us into one of the most exclusive private estates in the Cayman Islands…truly a dream property. The villa itself was spectacular: beachfront snorkeling right outside our door, an incredible pool, a hot tub where we ended every evening watching movies under the stars, a full home theater, and even golf at the villa. It felt like our own private resort. Every experience was thoughtfully curated and perfectly coordinated. During the trip we went horseback riding in the ocean, scuba diving, visited Stingray City, explored a bioluminescent bay, went offshore fishing, and enjoyed meals prepared by a private chef. Each excursion ran smoothly and exceeded expectations. What truly sets Sharon apart is her level of care and follow-through. She took the time early on to understand exactly what our family wanted, handled all scheduling and logistics, coordinated directly with local tour guides, and stayed in touch throughout the trip to ensure everything went flawlessly. Even after we returned home, she followed up to make sure everything was settled properly and that all deposits were returned promptly. This trip was seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable, and that is 100% thanks to Sharon. If you’re looking for a travel advisor who is detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and truly invested in creating exceptional experiences, Sharon is the best there is. We will absolutely be using her again for future travel. Highly, highly recommend!

Sharon was very helpful when I booked our river cruise, She made sure my Mom had easy comfortable trip. We had wonderful trip and would book another cruise with Sharon again.

Sharon was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful in guiding us to make great choices. The two tours that she arranged in Paris were superb. Her advice was useful and she was responsive to our questions, even when she was not in the office.

What an amazing Alaskan cruise! We want to do it again!

Sharon helped us pick out and manage a trip to the UK. It offered lots of amazing experiences and was with a reputable company so we felt safe.

Sharon was very helpful and the itinerary she put together was great! We spent 4 days in Fairbanks and then took the Alaska Railroad into Denali for 4 days.

Sharon made the arrangements for our trip to Italy. She had great ideas and suggestions that we would not have thought of. Our flights, hotel accommodations, train rides, and extra tours all worked well, and made for a very enjoyable trip!!

Very posititive. Both Sharon and Barbara helped with out travel plans.

My husband and I just got back from an incredible experience to Turks and Caicos. Having never been to the West Indies and not familiar with any of the accommodations made us quite nervous to travel there. Sharon came to the rescue! She dealt with everything from airline tickets, resort accommodation's, excursion's, and all of our many questions. She was our hero and made this such a magical experience for us that we asked her to arrange for us to go again.

Sharon helped us pivot from a cancelled European trip to a 7day Western Caribbean cruise, effortlessly. She answered questions with RCL for us without even asking us, and got us the best prices possible.

All went well. Our only complaint was the motel air conditioner would only shut off when we opened the lanai door. Flights great, found cheap golf, lots of exploring, snorkeling, EATING! Much thanks. We’ll be back! Dave and Bev.

Sharon does an outstanding job getting to know her clients and understanding what the purpose or objective is of each trip. She then customizes the vacation to meet those objectives. Won’t travel without her!
