Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana was absolutely amazing, and we owe it all to Michele for helping us find the perfect resort for our vacation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property, the incredible service, and the beautiful beach just steps away from our room. The resort had everything we were looking for—luxury, relaxation, and plenty of activities for everyone.
We stayed in a spacious oceanfront suite that had breathtaking views of the turquoise waters. The room was beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch. The resort itself was expansive and well-maintained, with a variety of dining options that offered delicious food at every meal. The all-inclusive experience here was fantastic—whether we were enjoying a casual lunch by the pool or indulging in a fine dining experience, every meal was superb.

Michele Norrito has planned 2 of my family’s trips to Disney world including our first ever and I could not recommend her more ! She was fantastic in every way. Knowing nothing about Disney , she made sure we were prepared with everything we needed even helping with the genie aspect . She walked us through every day and got us all the reservations we wanted . Even during the trip she made adjustments when needed and was so kind and knowledgeable and made both of our trips fantastic , within our budget and easy! We are already using her for our 3rd trip next year! She is the absolute best !!

Michele Farriella Norrito....Michele was invaluable in our trip to Disney. She was personable and professional in booking everything from dining to renting a carriage for my grandchildren. She made all reservations for the parks and gave us options and recommendations how to navigate the rides. She was very patient with us and even called us in the middle to see if everything was good. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. Be fair warned. When you go to Disney for a week, you need a vacation when you get back home.

I would highly recommend working with Michele. She has a passion for all things Disney and just knows how to make you feel organized and well prepared for the parks. Father & Sons Fun

I have 2 sons and this was the first time I was taking them to Disney. I spoke with Michele nervously as I heard it can be such a stressful trip. Michele planned not only my beautiful hotel stay but also my dining reservations and four days in the parks. All of her recommendations were so much fun and enjoyable. I was blown out of the water with her knowledge of the parks and how they work! What rides to do first what passes to get, what parks to do on what day. We rode many roller coasters (multiple times) and experienced so many cool activities. It was truly hard to talk about our week in a simple review. We have so many amazing memories. She knows how those parks operate and truly provides an amazing family approach to enjoying the magic Disney provides. Without her I dont think I could have relaxed and enjoyed all of the special happenings around us. I felt like a kid again. Can't say enough good things. Thank you!!!
