April set everything up, from airfare, transfers to and from resort and the connecting rooms requested. All we had to do is show up and show credentials. The vans were clean and airconditioned, and the property was beautiful. Very well maintained. The rooms were clean and the staff were exceptional. There are several restaurants to choose from, our favorite was the Japanese Hibachi. There is plenty to do at this location for the whole family, so much that you just can't do it all in six days. I'd be remised if I didn't mention the fact that April answered every question and concern throughout the booking process. An exceptional travel agent. I will definitely be using her again.

What started as a stressful and concerning trip due to airline delays turned into an exceptional experience, all because of April’s support. From the moment I received the delayed flight alert, she was on top of everything—keeping me informed of flight updates and helping me navigate an increasingly complicated situation. When it became clear that I needed to rebook in order to get to Edinburgh, I was overwhelmed and seriously considered giving up on the trip altogether.
