When you book a cruise through me, I'll provide you with something extremely important -- Peace of mind. How can I do this? By being more of a travel concierge than just an agent. I'll start by listening to the vision you have for your cruise, and then I'll help you to:  

• Find the best cabin for your budget
• Choose the right excursions for your traveling style
• Book your pre- and post-cruise accommodations 
• Arrange transport to and from the ship, as well as to and from your home -- if desired 

I can also help you work through any issues that may arise during or after your cruise. For example, I once had a cruise line ask me why my clients had failed to show up for their ship. After some leg work, I discovered that the wife had fallen and injured herself and had been taken to a hospital in Germany. I filed an insurance claim on the couple's behalf and -- although it took almost a year -- we were able to recover all the couple's money back for the missed trip.   

I am able to go above and beyond for my clients because I have been a travel agent for a long time, since 1984 to be exact. So, I have the experience and knowledge to help both first timers and seasoned cruisers. In addition, I also have experience in arranging travel for groups.

Although, I do book all types of cruises, my true expertise is with Royal Caribbean ships and itineraries. I have sailed with them many times and highly recommend Royal Caribbean, as they tend to offer newer “state of the art” ships with plenty of amenities for the whole family. I have also completed extensive training with Royal Caribbean, so I am up to date on all of this cruise ship line's latest offerings and innovations.
