My Happy Place......Cancun!!!

My husband and I got married in the midst of the Pandemic, in Sept 2020. We had all of our plans in place to honeymoon in the Bahamas until 2 weeks before our wedding; 3 before our honeymoon, the Bahamas closed to tourists. Just by sheer luck, I came upon Kelly Fry on Google and contacted her to save our honeymoon and find us a place to go in the Caribbean. We ended up having the time of our lives at Sandals Jamaica- all thanks to Kelly. She also helped us with expediting the process of getting into Jamaica by going above and beyond for us and working weekends and late nights. She was even there for me at 11pm the night of my wedding- 5 hours before we were set to depart for Jamaica, to help us get clearance, which we did about 30 mins later. She is spectacular at what she does and my husband and I owe her so much for everything she did for us to get us to the honeymoon of our dreams!

Kelly was amazing! She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and was very communicative. Our group wasn't sure what our options were and she helped us narrow them down. The whole trip was a breeze because of Kelly's help! I would absolutely use her services again in the future. Anyone planning a trip, regardless of size (we were 8!) should definitely contact Kelly.

Kelly is the absolute best! She updated us before South West airlines even did. She monitored our flights the entire time, to and from. She answered all of my questions and made traveling during COVID easy. Will only work with Kelly from now on! Our trip was a major success!

we had 14 family cruising, some for the first time. kelly helped us with getting travel insurance (which we were extremely pleased with everything it covered!) we knew we wanted to travel Royal Caribbean and she worked diligently to get our family on the same deck, all with balconies (a must!). Kelly was attentive to questions and responded quickly. If she was unavailable, she set her email to respond with when we might expect to hear from her. Communication was top notch. My family shared high-praises of their experience when working with Kelly. In planning future trips, Kelly will be my agent!

Well we certainly couldn't have done this without Kelly! We are a family that has not done much travel by air. We have always done road trips and thought it was time to venture out a bit but the planning and reservations was all very intimidating to me. Thank goodness we came across Kelly on the internet. She is so very knowledgable. There wasn't a question that she couldn't answer for us. We are a family of 10 (with the kids wives and girlfriends) so she had a lot to coordinate!! Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help 12 of us plan our cruise. She made all the arrangements from start to finish that alleviated us of the overwhelming task of trying to plan it ourselves while keeping us all together as a unit. She was able to book our cabins within close proximity to each other, our cruise “packages,” insurance, transfers, she booked out flights, our hotel in NOLA the night before we sailed, and assisted us in many other aspects. She patiently answered questions from all of us at random times and was quick to respond. We felt like she went above and beyond to assist us and ensure that we would have a fabulous time, which we did!

My friend and I wanted to do a last minute get away- somewhere warm. I have worked with Kelly before and have been 100% pleased and she did not disappoint! We had a great time, we even ended up staying an extra day and Kelly made that process seamless. She kept us informed of any and all changes and got back to me quickly when I had a question.

I have already recommended Kelly to several family members and friends! She is truly the best - we literally refuse to work with anyone else going forward. Kelly goes above and beyond every time we book with her! Kelly takes in to consideration every single thing you want out of your trip and finds you the best prices, flights, and stay. She then informs you of every single thing along the way incase there are flight changes or new offers, etc. She even watches flight information live to make sure she’s informed while you’re living the journey. I cannot speak more highly of her!!! Again, we will ALWAYS choose to work with Kelly. This is our second time working with her and she makes travel a true breeze. We had the best trip!!!

In one word: flawless.
I wanted to book a solo all-inclusive trip to the Caribbean on a specific budget for spring break. My criteria was rather broad as I wanted to find a smart, adults only all-inclusive hotel for a 7 day holiday which also wouldn't break the bank (my budget was circa $2,000 for both hotel and flights).
As soon as I sent my preferences through, Kelly was straight onto my request and came back to me the same day with four options: 2 for Punta Cana and 2 for Mexico so that I could explore my options to see what I liked best. Going the extra mile to provide me with various options was so helpful and showed how dedicated Kelly is to making sure her clients book the trip that is right for them.
Within one business day I had a trip booked and Kelly even managed to book me onto the 'privilege' package at the hotel for less than $250 extra for countless luxury extras.
