We had an amazing trip to St. Thomas thanks to Rob! Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish, including seamless transportation to and from the resort. The resort itself was fantastic and made for a truly relaxing getaway. I traveled with my girlfriend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend working with Rob—already looking forward to our next trip!

Rob Saxon once again, planned a perfect trip for us! From the planning stage, which he helped us with, to all the decisions we had to make, he was as helpful and knowledgeable as can be. His suggestions were all spot on. He is always available to speak with during the planning and even during the trip! Any questions we had were answered reassuringly. His assistance with everything made our trip relaxing and FUN!

This was a 35 day trip that we had dreamed about for quite some time. The size of Australia alone required exert planning, knowledge of the County and must see opportunities. Rob provided us with regular planning sessions with him to ensure that he understood our expectations, "must see" requirements, and budget. He also reviewed opportunities that we were unaware of that he felt we might want to include. Australia is such a large country that planning this land tour was a complex issue. Rob used his excellent communication and listening skills, during these sessions. He did extensive research and included this knowledge in our planning sessions. He was mindful of the airport travel thst would be required to support our expectations in Australia. He recommended that we consider a Viking Ocean Cruise in New Zealand which included the Ports of Call we wanted to visit. Excellent excursions were available on this cruise. It was a great way to see the highlights of New Zealand, learn about it's history and people and explore this beautiful country. It also provided us with some downtime after our 2 week Australia land and air tour Between planning sessions Rob updated us on day trips and excursions we could enjoy on this portion of our trip so he could include in the plan the ones in which we were interested in participating in. We need up having a flawless 35 day vacation. All of our excursions addressed our must see requirements, accommodations were excellent, all pick ups and transportation that Rob scheduled throughout our whole trip were on time, and often waiting for us at airports and hotels ahead of schedule. Rob provided us with a local contact in Australia in case anything went wrong. It was so reassuring to have thst contact available. Rob tracked all of our flights to ensure that none were canceled or delayed and kept in contact with us via text during our trip. Excellent to be working with a Professional!

Rob worked with us to plan our trip to Portugal beginning months in advance. He listened to our preferences about things we liked to do and made suggestions and adjustments as needed. He advised us on travel insurance too. As a result we had a wonderful vacation! The hotels were lovely and the tour guides were knowledgeable and professional. We recommend Rob as a travel agent. He is experienced, organized, and a really nice guy!

All the nerves and hassles of planning a big trip were relieved by working with Robert! We didn't know where to start and I don't know how many times he told us, "I got this!" And boy, did he! Our special trip was individualized and planned with care; from the flights to the hotels, to the guided tours. We saw so much we would have otherwise missed if it weren't for an insider! We can't thank Robert enough!
