This was our first ocean cruise, so Jodi made this booking experience very easy. She was always very helpful with any questions that we had. When we came in to get our travel documents she had everything ready for us and went over everything.

We really enjoyed our trip of a lifetime with Cosmos!! While it is so hard to summarize the trip I will try...so many good points. Thank You very much for all of your help with our trip. Everything you helped us plan was perfectly executed. No issues at all. It was great working with you. The tour itself was great, we always had specific information from our tour guide that made it easy day to day. The coach bus was comfortable and new, we stopped frequently while on route to our next destinations. Always stopping at a place of interest. The hotels in each town were average (this is a budget tour), clean and provided what we needed. In the evenings we were usually able to go out on our own for dinner, exploring each town. The Rocky Mountaineer Train gold leaf service was excellent, I would highly recommend it. The glass top of the train and the views made both 10-12 hour train days a bit easier. The luxury train was very comfortable and the food and drinks were plentiful, delicious and served in the dining car. The staff on the train were very professional, entertaining and provided useful commentary along the route of the surrounding areas. We always knew when a great photo op was coming up. Our favorite stops/scenery were the boat ride to spirit Lake, Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise & Moraine Lake, Wildlife sightings which included bear, eagle, elks, deer and moose. Memorable Excursions - The Columbia Icefield where we rode in The Ice Explorer vehicle and walked on a glacier The Helicopter ride to see the Three sisters mountains The Beautiful Butchart Gardens

Jodi has helped us on several occasions with our travel plans and made the process enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what we are looking for. On several occasions she's saved us a good sum of money. I would and have already highly recommended her to our friends and family. She's the best!

Jodi was amazing to work with. She answered every question quickly and we had a large group with many questions. I don't know how she managed to handle all of us so well!!

I’ve worked with Jodi for a number of years now and once I decide where we want to go, she checks to see who has the best price for the package. We selected the Iberostar Grand Parisio. Originally I had booked it using United Vacations but then later found the same trip with the exception of airline cheaper on Funjet even with loosing my insurance deposit.

The food and service was very good the first half of the trip. Then later in the stay, no face cloths after maid service morning or evening and we did tip daily too. i requested something from our concierge but they never brought them. They do leave face cloths in the restrooms to dry your hands which is a nice touch so I grabbed some of those so I didn’t have to ask for them anymore the last days of our stay. The lobster was hit or miss. Sometimes it was cold when it was suppose to be warm. We didn’t have coffee either in our room which I had requested from our concierge before we went to dinner. I went to the front desk then.
