Lisa helped nine of us, who all stayed at Disney World Resorts, celebrate the adoption of my 3 granddaughter’s. I reached out to Lisa after I booked my own cruise. I had so many questions and was so overwhelmed. Though the cruise line would not add her to my booking after the fact she still continued to answer my questions and help me as she could. This led to me deciding to cancel my own booking and allow her to take over. I was able to get a far better cruise itinerary including the ship and a balcony!! The fact that she was helping me and answering my questions with no profit in it for her in the beginning made it clear to me that her heart was in this for more than money. I will forever be grateful to Lisa for taking over my first cruise experience and booking my second! Had I continued on my first path I could have regretted the whole experience and not have made the memories that we did and booked our second to make more!

Lisa is a one stop shop travel agent! She assisted us on planning a Mediterranean cruise in 2025 and handled the flights , transportation to and from the ship and the cruise itself.
