Kelsey did such an amazing job curating the perfect first time trip to Paris for me. This trip has been a bucket list item for me since I was a little girl and she somehow made all of my top items happen, even under budget! I can say, I will be using Kelsey again- and I’ve already recommended her to many friends and family!

Where has Kelsey been all our lives? I see now that years of sweating the myriad details of travel robbed us of fun we might have had. When we booked ourselves, we never knew if prices were fair or accommodations adequate. We endured the pain of travel unnecessarily. Kelsey brought peace of mind. It's amazing how much fun travel can be when an expert has worked through the details and made comfortable arrangements. My wife and I enjoyed a glorious time discovering the beauty and history of New England. We followed the itinerary organized by Kelsey with our input. The trip unfolded like clock work. All our energy was focused on enjoying the colorful leaves or historic sites, not fretting over details. So often we have returned home exhausted and rattled, vowing that we were finished with travel. It was just too hard, too little satisfaction. Kelsey changed our perspective. We walked off the plane scheming where we'd like to travel next. It's easy to tell when a travel agent is invested in your goodwill or merely punching a clock. Kelsey was all in. We felt her genuine interest. She didn't have to send us a well-wish on the morning of our flight. But her kind words that morning were reassuring and sweet. We want to travel again just for the opportunity of adding Kelsey's kindness to our lives. So grateful that we know Kelsey.

Kelsey did such a great job helping us plan our trip to Bali. Right from the start there was quick communication & response to our questions. Kelsey took into account the budget we wanted to stick to, preferred locations, and the must-do’s. She maintained communication throughout our trip. When we needed assistance with something, she was right on it, even with a 14 hr time difference! A great experience over all and it took the hassle out of planning for us. Would absolutely recommend!

I am the planner of our family and have never had any help planning vacations, but with older and more active kids I decided it was worth it to ask for some help this time around. I can’t tell you how glad I am that I did!! Not only did Kelsey book everything for us, but she ran through several different scenarios with us to make sure we went at the best time for crowds, had the amenities we wanted and made sure we got the best price. She probably went through a few scenarios multiple times before we finally booked; she was so patient. The other huge benefit to having her help was the added bonus of a dedicated liaison for any problems that came up. We had an issue come up with our hotel, not any of Kelsey’s fault, but she was FAST at responding to my texts and she was able to deal with the hotel staff on my behalf so I didn’t have to. This was a HUGE lifesaver. She was able to get us a solution that worked and came up with some suggestions that even the hotel staff couldn’t. Kelsey checked on us consistently, not too much and not too little, to ensure things were going as planned. I have no doubt that she would have done this even if there wasn’t an issue that arose. This trip was so stressful when I started planning on my own and I’m so grateful for Kelsey saving the day! I’d have her plan all of my trips if I could. I hope to have her expert help with many more destinations in the future.

If I could give Kelsey more than 5 starts I would! She was great from the start, recommending the best date for our trip and giving us multiple options to choose from. I'm so glad she recommended the dates she did because there were little to no kids around and a mostly empty resort due to it being the first week back at school for a lot of families. It made things super relaxing! Transportation was an ease, views from our room were incredible (our #1 priority), and Kelsey was happy to answer questions along the way. Can't recommend her enough!

Kelsey was a pivotal resource for our decision to go on a cruise. She is a font of knowledge and always exhibited a quick and personal response to all of our questions.
