Initial Consultation:

Most of my initial consultations are done over video chat, although happy to chat on the phone or over e-mail. This session will help me understand your preferences such as the budget, preferred activities, accommodation style, and any special requests.

Research and Planning:

I will then collect all of the information you provide to select vacation options that best suit your needs. Typically, I will e-mail you with three options to review.

 

Confirmation and Documentation:

I'll provide you with payment and booking confirmations. 

Assistance and Support:

I can help with any issues that may arise, make changes to your itinerary, or provide recommendations for activities/excursions.
