She worked incredibly hard to help us completely change our vacation plans last minute from Cancun to Jamaica after concerns about traveling to Mexico. Kelly Puglisi at Coconut Grove Travel did an amazing job of helping me prepare for my recent trip. The information Kelly provided was excellent, especially the plane ticket arrangements and the very helpful list of items to take. My trip was smooth and easy moving from point to point because of Kelly's careful planning. The Comfort Inn and Suites in Hot Springs was very clean, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts offered multiple tasty choices. What I liked best about the trip was that I did not have to stress about details, because Kelly had worked them all out and made my trip a huge success. Planet Hollywood Rocks!

We found Kelly Puglisi through a local moms Facebook page when she responded to a post looking for a travel agent, and we are so glad we did. She helped our group of friends plan a vacation to Planet Hollywood in Cancun, and from the very beginning, she was incredible. We were honestly all over the place and couldn’t decide on a resort or even what type of vibe and activities we wanted. Kelly took the time to really listen. We started with a Zoom call where we had the chance to meet her, and we immediately loved her friendly, warm, and approachable nature. She asked thoughtful questions, listened closely, and truly got to know us as couples. Kelly managed to coordinate five different rooms, all tailored to what each couple was looking for, which felt impossible before we spoke with her. She went above and beyond with personal touches—surprising my wife with a birthday cake and arranging chocolate-covered strawberries for another couple’s anniversary. That level of attention made the trip feel extra special and completely stress-free. Her knowledge of the resort was outstanding. She communicated directly with the general managers to make sure everything was arranged and even connected us with a trusted contact for excursions. Every detail was handled flawlessly. The resort itself was a five-star experience in our opinion. The food was fantastic, and the vibe was high-energy during the day with nonstop entertainment—exactly what we were hoping for. We truly cannot say enough about Kelly and the care she put into our trip. We will absolutely be recommending Kelly at Coconut Cove Travel to all of our friends and will be using her again for future vacations.

From Crisis to the Best Vacation of Their Lives

Last year, my wife Marie and I worked with Kelly Puglisi to plan a vacation to Cancún with our kids and grandkids. Just days before our trip, Marie suffered a heart attack and we were unable to travel. From the hospital, I contacted Kelly—and she immediately took over. She handled everything so we didn’t have to worry, especially about losing our money. She was absolutely wonderful during an incredibly difficult time. Once Marie was recovering, Kelly helped us plan a new trip. She truly understood what we were looking for and quickly narrowed down the perfect option. We ended up traveling to the adults-only Royalton Chic in Antigua with the Diamond Club, and it was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation we’ve ever had. The resort was fantastic, but even more impressive was Kelly and Coconut Cove Travel. We can’t thank Kelly enough for being there for us when it mattered most.
