I can not say enough about how much detail went into our trip! Alexa was so on point, she heard all our wishes, and budget, and expectation with travel times and our corkey ways. She nailed it! The trip was flawless....to the pick up cars, dinner reservations, flights, and amazing excursions. She is so very easy to work with, and very detailed. My husband, and I followed her itinerary, and it was so easy, she was also available, and there if anything came up...Only once, and she helped us right away to cancel a reservation. All her information on hotels, airlines, and even knew about medication my husband takes and was not allowed in Japan...Alexa will be booking the rest of our trips going forward. Lovee love love her!
