As a former Disney Fairytale Bride, I understand firsthand that planning a wedding at Walt Disney World is magical,  but it also comes with a lot of moving pieces. This is especially true when it comes to coordinating travel for family and guests.

Because I’ve personally navigated the process, combined with my professional experience as a travel planner specialized in Disney destinations, I expertly guide couples to create a seamless experience for everyone attending their wedding. My role is to take the travel logistics off the couple’s plate so they can focus on celebrating this once-in-a-lifetime moment. I understand the terms, time lines, and unique language that come with planning a Disney wedding, which allows me to serve as an additional support system for couples throughout the process. Whether it’s helping navigate guest accommodations, offering guidance on travel logistics, or simply being someone who understands the system and can listen when things feel overwhelming, I’m there as an advocate and resource every step of the way.

One of the biggest misconceptions couples have is that a traditional hotel room block is the best solution for their guests. In many cases, especially at Disney destinations, working with a dedicated travel planner can actually provide more flexibility and potential savings for guests. Instead of locking everyone into one resort or price point, I help each family find the option that best fits their needs, whether that means different Disney resorts, varying budgets, larger suites for families, or extended vacation stays before or after the wedding.

Another major advantage is that each guest receives personalized planning support. Rather than the bride or groom answering dozens of travel questions, your guests have a dedicated resource (Me!) to help them with everything they may need for their trip. I assist with resort selection, park tickets, dining recommendations, park strategies, and any Disney details that will make their stay more magical. This approach benefits everyone involved. For the couple, it removes the pressure of managing travel questions, budgets, and reservations for multiple families. For guests, it means they receive one-on-one assistance tailored to their individual vacation style and budget, allowing them to create a Disney trip that works best for them without feeling obligated to meet a specific room block requirement. Every family traveling to your wedding has different needs. Some may want a quick weekend trip, while others may want to turn it into a full Disney vacation. My job is to help each guest plan the experience that works best for them while ensuring everyone arrives smoothly for your big day. Most importantly, this service allows couples to focus on what truly matters, celebrating their wedding and sharing the magic with the people they love.

Disney weddings are truly magical. When I planned my own Disney Fairytale Wedding, I poured my heart into every detail and experienced firsthand how special it is to celebrate such an important moment in a place built on storytelling and wonder. Like many Disney brides, I never wanted the magic to end.  Being a travel planner has allowed me to use my skills to stay connected to that world by helping other couples.
