Welcome to my travel world, where I transform magical experiences into reality. My name is Amanda Swartz, and I’m an experienced travel designer with Pixie Vacations. I'm a professional travel planner; specializing in helping my clients to curate purposeful travel experiences specific to their family's unique wants, needs, and values. Getting to know you and matching your travel style with the perfect destination, resort, and experience is my life's work and passion. For me, traveling isn’t just about taking pictures and checking places off of a bucket list, it is about choosing to invest in your most important relationships, deliberately slowing life down, and letting the magic of a place inspire you and breathe fresh life into your spirit as well as your closest relationships. Helping my clients create bright, meaningful memories they will reflect on often and carry with them for the rest of their lives is what inspires me every day when I go to work, and why I do what I do. Working with me is never just about handling the logistics of a trip (although I handle that, too), it's about supporting you on your next adventure from start to finish!

When I am not planning vacations for others, I am usually on my own adventure. i reside in viva Las Vegas which is a destination in itself. I also frequent the LA and Disneyland area. I live with my husband and 3 year old princess. Bucky, Rapunzel, and Gus are our animal friends. We are Magic Key holders to the Disneyland Resort. My hobbies include trying out dance and fitness classes, crafting, and reading. One of my favorite memories I have from my family vacations is our wedding at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Even though we have been there many times,it was extra special getting to experience Disney with all of our friends and family and making their visit special as well. 

Growing up, I lived in South Western, PA. With that came many family vacations in Pennsylvania including multiple visits to Hershey and Gettysburg, as well as other drivable destinations such as Williamburgh Virginia, Baltimore, Maryland, Niagara Falls, New York, and Washington, D.C. My favorite childhood memory was when my family rented a 15 passenger van and took the two day drive to Orlando, Florida for our first Walt Disney World vacation. My grandfather always wanted to take my brother and I to Disney World and started planning this vacation for us but unfortunately passed away before it was time for us to leave. This taught me that there is no better day to create memories than today. We will never get lost time back and we never know what will happen tomorrow. This has inspired me to help make the traveling experience easier and less stressful for families.
