Jessica was a great with giving us advice based on my family's needs & what our priorities were for our trip. She had very timely responses any time I reached out before and during our trip. With planning, she made sure everything was taken care and went above and beyond for our family - including letting the hotel know we were celebrating birthdays. She was also able to get every dining reservation we were wanting AND Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for our daughter & thr Droid Depot for our son!! During our trip, she checked in at appropriate times to make sure we had everything we needed - and took care of getting us im several virtual queues, including Tron which hadn't officially opened yet!! Jessica made our trip MAGICAL and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Jessica has been our travel agent for three vacations. I highly recommend her! When we went to Disney, she took the time to ensure we got onto two very difficult to get rides…Not only once, but twice! She’s really great about making sure all the t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted by sending reminders. Also - Jess had more knowledge about a destination than the people who worked there. Use Jessica, you’ll be happy you did!

Jessica was great during the entire process which is quite a feat when picking out and planning a trip for 13 ppl! She answered all the questions, was very patient, kept me updated and organized, and even check on us during the trip despite her being on vacation herself! Not only did she help us book a cruise but she booked our transfers, flights, and hotels! She made the planning process easy and exciting. I’ve used her before to book a Disney vaca me will definitely use her again…hopefully real soon!!!
