Helpful and punctual

My husband and I booked a cruise with Tonya Oslack for our 27th wedding anniversary. She made the process easy and fun! As we got closer to the travel date we received our documents in the mail from her along with some nice swag - she really is a very creative and thoughtful person! When we arrived at our ship we were thrilled with our room that she selected for us. It was WAY above our expectations for the price we paid. Although this wasn't our first cruise it was our first time having a balcony room with concierge service. Tonya picked the best location and our views were top notch! We were planning a big (14 person) family Christmas cruise and Tonya was on top of her game the whole time. She gave us several options of ships/ports, etc. My husband is handicapped so required an accessible cabin, which worked out perfectly. Every text or email or phone call asking a zillion questions was immediately replied to/answered, no matter the time of day or weekend. I felt she was always looking to give us the best price and experience possible. I would not hesitate to use her expertise to book your next trip.
