We all had so much fun on this Western Caribbean cruise! You worked with our parents and you made it so easy on them. You organized everything from flights to beverage packages and great rooms.

Jen made all of our arrangements for our trip to Alaska. Everything from transfers, airline and cruise were taken care of. Jen communicated with us via email and was responsive to questions and sharing information with us from the cruise line. This was our first cruise so her help was much appreciated!

Jen was very helpful finding our family of 4 a trip for spring break, that didn’t require passports, and was booked on pretty short notice. We visited San Juan PR for the first time, and LOVED it. The beach, the hotel, the food, the people…old San Juan…it was a blast!

I travel A LOT and normally do most of my own bookings. As this was my first trip to an all-inclusive and a dream vacation for my boyfriend and I, I wanted help. Jen was AMAZING to work with. She answered every question. I was on a Facebook group for the resort and so many people had questions about things and I thought “they should have a Jen!” We had a small hiccup not being able to take a helicopter, and Jen was messaging us in the plan to make sure we knew that and had a back up plan. It went off without a hitch! She’s the best and I will be using her for future trips!

Jill put together a great trip for us. The trip went without a hitch. Not a single resort, excursion, driver was unprepared for us or late. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Jen really listened to what we were wanting in a honeymoon and made it happen! It was 7 days of paradise and we loved every minute of it!

Jen set us up in a great resort in a busy season with not a lot of time to spare. We appreciated her insight on the many options she found for us and her help with the little questions that popped up while packing.

My family and I had never been on a cruise before and the choices are staggering. Jen took the time to find out what was important to us and because of that she helped us narrow it down to Virgin. This was the right choice for us because the food was fabulous, the ship was clean and comfortable and the crew were as friendly and helpful as a neighbor at the lake. When the cruise date got closer, we had more and more more questions. Jen was either able to answer these questions or give us advice based on her experience traveling, particularly on this cruise line. Not sure when we'll cruise again but when we do Jen will be getting the call.
