Samantha helped us plan a wonderful trip to northern Italy in June of this year! She provided us with great insights on places to visit and helped us to plan our trip around a points flight that we had booked a year in advance round trip out of Milan. I had never used a travel agent and really couldn’t understand the purpose. I have google, right? But I ran into Samantha Bailey from Endeavor on social media and figured I’d give it a chance. It was my 20th anniversary celebration. She freaking nailed it!! I spent a few minutes talking to her about what I was looking for, and she found the absolute perfect place for us!! I was going with a generic major brand, but she found me the most adorable little boutique hotel. It was absolutely 5* perfect. I never would have found it on my own.
