We used Samantha/ Endeavor Travel Group for our family trip. After our introductory consultation, Samantha suggested Puerto Rico given the location and potential excursions for our active family. She was spot on!! She provided hotel recommendations as well as excursion suggestions. She booked everything for us and had a detailed itinerary to track all of it! The hotel was perfect - private, fantastic service, delicious food, plenty of pool options and the beach was great for swimming and relaxing. We went to the El Yunque rainforest and to Old San Juan and the tours were fantastic. If we had more time we would have done bioluminescence and snorkeling. Next time…because we would definitely go again! The weather was pristine the entire trip as well. Samantha was reachable the entire time we were away if I had any questions. From finding the right cruise for all of us to updates until the day we left! Our cruise did not disappoint! This was the first cruise for our children and grandchildren! We had the most amazing trip to Iceland thanks to Samantha’s help. She helped us every step of the way from initial planning ideas/suggestions to booking all of our big ticket items (flights, lodging, rental car) as well as tours/tickets. She listened to what we wanted, was attentive, and detailed. While on the trip, she even rearranged a boat tour for us due to inclement weather. It was so nice not to have to worry about working that out ourselves. We could just sit back and enjoy our vacation because Samantha handled everything behind the scenes for us. We just came back from a great trip to Copenhagen! Samantha booked a great hotel with space for our 2 year old and a kitchen, several dinner reservations and a food and boat tour. She was very responsive throughout the planning process and checking in on us while we were traveling

Samantha was the very best to work with. She booked all the details of our trip down to transports to and from the airport and to and from our excursion. She even made me personalized "allergic to nuts" signs that were laminated to bring on the trip because I am allergic to tree nuts. She covered all the bases and was always highly responsive when we had questions or needed something. We will most definitely use Samantha again for our traveling needs!
