Alaska Specialist

This was my first time traveling internationally. I was overwhelmed with the logistics of flights, car rentals, hotels, currency transfers, excursions, etc. On top of that, all I generally knew was that I wanted to go to Costa Rica with my wife and experience as much of the culture, wildlife, outdoors that we could in a 10 day period. My wife and I really had now idea where to start, so we figured it was best to contact a travel agent. Let me tell you, Victoria and the Elite Travel team was a huge blessing, and I will be going back to them for all my future travel needs, especially international travel. Early Planning: Victoria made this seem so easy. It kind of followed a process where she booked our round trip flights, rental car, and hotels first. We just needed to tell her when and where we wanted to go. Then she helped us fill in the gaps on what sort of activities we wanted to experience during our trip. Along this process, Victoria made suggestions, and they were all great ideas that felt curated for us. She then booked everything for us. It was very little effort on our end, but I know Victoria had to be putting in some hard work to make things happen. Trip: All the planning and hard work from Victoria made the logistics of the trip a breeze. Literally all I had to do was make sure I didn’t lose my passport and showed up to destinations on time. This made my time in Costa Rica so enjoyable. If I ever need something changed, like a flight, Victoria had our back. She has a very calming effect and responsive customer service in every situation. She is a very patient and organized professional, an active listener, and truly wants the best for people. Post Trip: She called to check up on us and listened to all my stories. Again, I appreciate Victoria, and the entire Elite Travel team. You all are the best, and you all will be the team I continue going to for all my future trips!

We absolutely loved our Pride of America Hawaiian cruise! It was such a wonderful way to see multiple islands without having to pack, unpack, and fly from place to place. The itinerary was the highlight for us because each island had something different to offer, and we felt like we were able to experience so much of Hawaii in one trip. The scenery was beautiful, the ports were incredible, and the overall experience was relaxing, fun, and memorable. We especially loved being able to wake up in a new place and spend the day exploring. It gave us a great mix of sightseeing, adventure, and downtime. The ship made everything easy and convenient, and the crew was kind and helpful throughout the trip. For anyone wanting to see more than one Hawaiian island, this cruise is a great option. We came home with amazing memories and would definitely recommend it!

The trip was Amazing! We had a wonderful experience in Costa Rica visiting the beach In Guancaste area and we especially loved the Rain Forest at Tabacon Thermal Resort And Spa near La Fortuna. Victoria and the Elite travel was very kind and helpful. Victoria had been to the area so her extra knowledge was a huge plus. The areas were beautiful and the people were very friendly. Everything was clean. The rain forest is so well taken care of. Beautiful and lush. Loves to learn about their culture and the wildlife. Jacamar tours from the spa were fantastic. Victoria did an amazing job planning our Europe trip. Every detail was covered. The transportation always arrived on time and the SUVs were clean and comfortable. The drivers were always courteous and punctual. The hotels were wonderful. All of them were top notch and in great locations for walking to the main sites. We liked having the delicious breakfasts included each morning. The tours and guides were fantastic. The guides were knowledgeable and patient and we learned a lot on every tour. The rental car agency was five minutes from the hotel and the car was waiting for us with no issues. Victoria gave us great advice on driving in Italy and navigating our way to the concert. All went very smoothly. The trains and flights were easy to navigate. Victoria was available to answer our questions about delays when we called from our trip a few times. I liked how Elite sent the printed itinerary and tickets as backup to the app. Both were used daily. It was an incredible trip and we credit Victoria for all of her hard work and attention to detail. It was extremely helpful that she is familiar with Italy and was able to share her passion and personal experiences. Thank you!
