Planning that is enjoyable not overwhelning

Victoria made things quick and easy. She knew exactly how to handle a time-sensitive trip. I would recommend her to everyone!

This was my first time using a travel agent. I must say that it was the best decision that my family could have made. Someone was always there to answer any questions that I may have had. And all we had to do is just show up for the day of travel. Everything was planned out. Planning a vacation can be very stressful and using this agency just took a lot of that stress off of my shoulders, so that we could enjoy our vacation. I think that Victoria did a great job!

This was my first time traveling internationally. I was overwhelmed with the logistics of flights, car rentals, hotels, currency transfers, excursions, etc. On top of that, all I generally knew was that I wanted to go to Costa Rica with my wife and experience as much of the culture, wildlife, outdoors that we could in a 10 day period. My wife and I really had now idea where to start, so we figured it was best to contact a travel agent. Let me tell you, Victoria and the Elite Travel team was a huge blessing, and I will be going back to them for all my future travel needs, especially international travel. Early Planning: Victoria made this seem so easy. It kind of followed a process where she booked our round trip flights, rental car, and hotels first. We just needed to tell her when and where we wanted to go. Then she helped us fill in the gaps on what sort of activities we wanted to experience during our trip. Along this process, Victoria made suggestions, and they were all great ideas that felt curated for us. She then booked everything for us. It was very little effort on our end, but I know Victoria had to be putting in some hard work to make things happen. Trip: All the planning and hard work from Victoria made the logistics of the trip a breeze. Literally all I had to do was make sure I didn’t lose my passport and showed up to destinations on time. This made my time in Costa Rica so enjoyable. If I ever need something changed, like a flight, Victoria had our back. She has a very calming effect and responsive customer service in every situation. She is a very patient and organized professional, an active listener, and truly wants the best for people. Post Trip: She called to check up on us and listened to all my stories. Again, I appreciate Victoria, and the entire Elite Travel team. You all are the best, and you all will be the team I continue going to for all my future trips!

We absolutely loved our Pride of America Hawaiian cruise! It was such a wonderful way to see multiple islands without having to pack, unpack, and fly from place to place. The itinerary was the highlight for us because each island had something different to offer, and we felt like we were able to experience so much of Hawaii in one trip. The scenery was beautiful, the ports were incredible, and the overall experience was relaxing, fun, and memorable. We especially loved being able to wake up in a new place and spend the day exploring. It gave us a great mix of sightseeing, adventure, and downtime. The ship made everything easy and convenient, and the crew was kind and helpful throughout the trip. For anyone wanting to see more than one Hawaiian island, this cruise is a great option. We came home with amazing memories and would definitely recommend it!

Victoria and the entire staff was so helpful in planning our trip. She went above and beyond by answering all of our questions and helping with needed paperwork. I would recommend using her on all your trips.
