Victoria did an amazing job planning our Europe trip. Every detail was covered. The transportation always arrived on time and the SUVs were clean and comfortable. The drivers were always courteous and punctual. The hotels were wonderful. All of them were top notch and in great locations for walking to the main sites. We liked having the delicious breakfasts included each morning. The tours and guides were fantastic. The guides were knowledgeable and patient and we learned a lot on every tour. The rental car agency was five minutes from the hotel and the car was waiting for us with no issues. Victoria gave us great advice on driving in Italy and navigating our way to the concert. All went very smoothly. The trains and flights were easy to navigate. Victoria was available to answer our questions about delays when we called from our trip a few times. I liked how Elite sent the printed itinerary and tickets as backup to the app. Both were used daily. It was an incredible trip and we credit Victoria for all of her hard work and attention to detail. It was extremely helpful that she is familiar with Italy and was able to share her passion and personal experiences. Thank you!
