Nicole was amazing! I haven't traveled out of the US for 8 years and had some anxiety, especially with all the COVID regulations. Nicole made things so easy. She guided us through everything and helped us make sure we didn't miss anything. The trip she planned for us was over the top amazing! Next year we are going to Jamaica! Thanks again, Nicole! Working with Nicole was a breeze! She responded to all my questions quickly, made herself available for phone calls if I needed more details on something, and helped find military rates/options for our family! I definitely felt our family was taken care of and that I didn’t need to jump through a bunch of hoops to figure things out myself. Highly recommend Nicole!

Nicole is very easy to communicate & work with. An expert on Disney vacations which is saying a lot as the "Disney experience" at this time is pretty dynamic.

Very helpful and pleasant on planning my son's 10th birthday especially with a large group (we were a group of 12). She had answers to all of my questions and if she didn't have them she found them out within that day.
She made it very easy to less stress on me when booking all of our reservations, as Disney can be stressful. We had an amazing time and made amazing memories for our family.
Even while on the trip she was making sure we were doing ok. One of our restaurant reservations had to be split in half and the closest spots open was about 20 minutes apart. She was still working up to the day before trying to get closer reservations. She wasn't able to but gave me the advice to let the hostess know our situation. We still were separate which I understand since they don't have that big enough tables but they were able to sit us within 5 minutes apart and in tables close by. I feel Nicole went above and beyond to plan our vacation and would definitely contact her again.

Nicole was great! She answered all my questions and helped us book a two night stay with universal and a nine day stay at Pop Century. She also helped us with getting a rental car for our beach day.

My family and I had an amazing time all thanks to Nicole. Everything she set us up with was amazing and she was always a phone call away.

We have used Nicole for several trips and she hasn't disappointed us at all. For our Disney trip, she handled all the tickets, hotel (found the best deal for the days we wanted to go), made ALL the reservations we wanted and it was the best trip ever. When we went to Universal, she helped us find the best deal with tickets (turned out to be preferred passes), best hotel deals. We had a blast. She handled every question and change quickly with no problems for us. She has since done a few smaller trips for us, and we will continue using her for all our future trips!

Nicole was absolutely fabulous in helping us plan our recent trip to Disney World! She took out all the guess work and made it so easy and simple for us to enjoy ourselves. She took care of all the phone calls with incredibly long wait times, got up extremely early to book dining reservations, set up phone calls with me to make sure I was always getting the best deals for tickets and resort reservations and always made sure all of our questions were answered. Nicole has been absolutely fantastic to work with! She is a huge help and makes planning our trips so easy! This is our second trip we’ve planned with her and we will definitely be booking with her in the future!

Nichole has always gone the extra mile to make sure all of our trips have been magical and as relaxing and enjoyable. She has answered every question we had, and help modify our trips several times to get it just right. She made our Disney vacation for my daughter's senior trip the most magical experience we could have had. She helped us pick which park to do on each day, made all of our reservations for meals and experiences and had several suggestions that topped everything off. We had the best time together. We have also used Nichole for several Universal Studios Orlando trips and each have been better than the last. She helped us decide which type of ticket to get vs the passes. We chose passes because they made more since for our trip and then these opened us up to be able to come back many times and have enjoyed spending our family time together at our favorite place on earth. We have been able to enjoy birthday trips, Mardi Gras trips, summer trips and Halloween trips.

Nicole was absolutely amazing, her attention to detail is exceptional. She make sure that we have all our desire and likes available to us and recommended all the best restaurants in the area. She was avala I le at all times during our trip guiding us, and was caring to check our arrivals and departure. I will never use anyone else but Nicole.
