As someone who had never been to Disney before, Mrs. McLaughlin made the trip a breeze. She was very attentive and offered great advice and recommendations for things such as fast passes and places to eat. I contacted Kim for help planning my family's visit to Walt Disney World. My husband and I hadn't been to Disney in quite some time, and we were planning it as a surprise for our two kids (5 and 7). Kim was a joy to work with through the planning process and answered all my questions before, during and after the trip! Preparing for a Disney cruise has several key dates and actions that must be taken and Kim made sure I was prepared along the way…and took care of several items at midnight eastern time when booking became available for cruise experiences and excursions. Additionally, she offered several great recommendations for our resort stay at Vero Beach.
