I got stuck in the flight nightmare in December. Lost 2 days of my vacation. Kasey took care of canceling my rooms and explained what was happening. We finally got a flight out on the 30th and had reservation for supper at Hollywood Studios. Our flight got delayed she took care of getting supper canceled and our reservation changed from Hollywood to Magic Kingdom. We were pleased and felt that she went above and beyond to be sure that our trip was not ruined.

Kasey has always worked very hard to make our trips fun and exciting for our family.

Kasey has been an absolute joy to work with! She is constantly going above and beyond for her clients before, during, and after the trip! We had an issue come up with one of our trips and Kasey stepped in and handled all of it for us! This allowed us to continue to enjoy our trip without having to stress. We’ve used Kasey services many times and have recommended her to everyone we know. We are so grateful for her hard work, dedication, and passion!

Kasey has planned several trips for us. We have been extremely happy with her. She has managed to get us reservations at several restaurants that were booked on New Years Eve. A bucket list trip for us.
