Crystal was very helpful and made this trip so memorable

I was quite apprehensive about taking a cruise since it was quite different from the other travel experiences I’ve had but due to Crystal’s knowledge and enthusiasm we had one of our best vacays ever! We have already booked our second cruise and can’t wait for more fun on the sea!!

Crystal did an excellent job planning all details of my trip, making my get-away mostly stress free. My plane and hotel reservations worked out perfectly. I don't know how she did it, but she even managed to provide me with perfect, sunny weather! I will definitely use her services for travel in the future.

Crystal made organizing our trip easy. Crystal also checked in a few times to make sure things were going well while we were gone. We forgot something at the rental property and Crystal helped get it back.

Crystal did a great job setting up our vacation to San Pedro, Belize! When we arrived in Belize City, it was very easy to find our contact person and we were taken care of with our connecting flight and boat trip to the resort. She helped us with suggestions and replied to my emails promptly when I had questions.

It was a great experience to work with someone that knew what they were doing when we had to travel to Harlingen Texas. She got us a flight from Minneapolis to Harlingen Texas and we got a okay price!!! She then had a shuttle ready to pick us up as soon as we got our luggage and my handicap scooter. The shuttle that she had booked for us loaded all our luggage and my scooter and took us to our winter home in Texas. I would absolutely have her again and would recommend her to anyone that needs help

Crystal was friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to find a hotel that would accomodate a large number for players and families with special accomodation requests. There was a concert and big tournament in town, so it was not easy to find a convienient location with availability for a large group of travelers on a short notice. We would HIGHLY recommend Crystal for family and friend vacations or team/large group travel.

We had a great trip! Our resort was awesome! Crystal had all of our itinerary ready to go- airfare, car rental, resort and Universal tickets. She also used an app that we downloaded to be able to view all of our trip details and we could message her anytime through the app. This was very convenient! Crystal was super friendly and took the time to research different places/options. Having Crystal help us with all the reservations definitely reduced a lot of stress on me! Thanks you for making this easy on all of us🌞🌴

Many people were aware that there was a cartel attack in Puerto Vallarta Mexico in February of 2026, my family had a vacation scheduled to go there just 2.5 weeks later. Crystal was amazing with keeping us up-to-date on airline policies, other options and costs, and just following the news cycles to see if there was any reason to be concerned along with excursion information. We ended up choosing to continue with our scheduled vacation, and had an amazing time. We'll never experience Puerto Vallarta as quiet in March as we did this year. I'm thankful for all the extra communication and research Crystal put into our trip - she really went above and beyond to make us comfortable with whatever choice we decided to make!

Planning our daughter's senior highs school trip to Punta Cana with Crystal was the best decision we made. It was clear from the start, how experienced she was with all of the travel logistics going to the Dominican Republic. Everything from arrival to departure was flawless. I HIGHLY recommend Crystal.

I had questions leading up to the trip, especially traveling with teenagers, and she was always quick to respond and very helpful. It was a great trip. Easy just show up and everything was set in place.

We really enjoyed being at Playa Esmerelda and not in Punta Cana, very relaxed vibes! The pools close at sundown time and the area gets quiet! The "public square" where restaurants/ shops/ most entertainment is stays lively until around 11pm. The beach is gorgeous. We love that you can walk the beach for miles with no disruption. No people, no businesses, just untouched nature! The staff at the resort was very kind and helpful, the food was great. Our airport experiences were seamless! No complaints! Thank you Crystal!

Awesome vacation to Cancun, Mexico. We stayed at Planet Hollywood- Adult Scene. Great staff and resort. We booked the Jr Suite swim-up room, BEST decision we made! Crystal is the definitely the best agent to work with! She makes traveling so easy! Her TravelWay app is a game changer-great tool for staying organized. I love how much passion Crystal puts into her work; it's always great when someone goes above and beyond to ensure you have a stress-free experience and is always available to help with any questions.
