My experience with the magic travels was amazing. Brianna was super patient with me and my party in regards to booking and gave us any in all options that we inquired about. Additionally, due to hectic schedules, our response time was somewhat very slow and she knew what we would be OK with and took the initiative to book our lightning lanes for us so we didn’t miss out. Lastly, during our trip, she was so attentive to us for any questions that we had, but also continued to reach out to check in. Very grateful for her as this was our first experience at Disney And because of her level of service, everything was executed fabulously.

Working with Brianna Jordan to plan our family's Disney vacation was an absolute dream, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! I've been fortunate to work with B Magic Travels and Brianna on 4 magical trips. She provided so much support and guidance. She was available for last minute changes or questions. The work she has done allowed for a magical 54th birthday, a needed mom solo trip, and trips to see Fall and Christmas decorations. We already have our next trip (an anniversary trip) planned. B Magic travels will forever be my go to travel agent. She was with me ever step of the way. Brianna Jordan did an amazing job with the research for the resorts. We absolutely loved the resort that we stayed at. She insured when we received our passports that we entered in the appropriate information under our flight plan. She answered every single question that I had and also made sure to send examples of what we would need to do if there was anything additional that was needed.
She definitely took away all the stress that you would typically have when trying to plan and during your travel time.
To say that Brianna goes above and beyond is an understatement. I received quick and timely responses to my questions, and she even came to me with answers of questions that I didn't even know I had.
