Expedition & Adventure Travel Expert

It was wonderful.

Jen helped us seamlessly plan an unforgettable family cruise through the Mediterranean. She took care of every detail—from flights and transportation to accommodations and sightseeing—making the entire experience completely stress-free. It was such a gift to simply enjoy our vacation without having to worry about the logistics. As an extra special touch, Jen even surprised us by sending flowers to our stateroom on the cruise ship! Every recommendation she made was spot on, and our trip went off without a single problem. Whenever we had a question, she was just a text away and responded quickly. The travel app and all of her communication tools made it easy to access our itinerary and get answers whenever we needed them. We couldn’t have asked for a better travel planning experience. Jen went above and beyond, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful travel agent.

Jen was very helpful with planning our Oceania cruise. She helped us plan a pre-cruise experience in Barcelona as well as a post cruise experience in Lisbon. The hotels and excursions she selected were great. She also helped us plan our excursions at our various port cities. She also helped us deal with some minor hiccups while we were traveling. We would recommend Jennifer Lowrey to anyone planning a trip.

Jen Lowry was amazing. She took care of every detail of my trip to Vietnam including traveling around to multiple locations. I was able to just sit back and enjoy the time there. Thank you Jen!

Helpful, seemless, and caring. I would book with Jen again in a heartbeat. She made planning my trip much less stressfull and easier. Also the surprise gifts were an extra bonus!

Jennifer was with us and facilitated the revision of our trip and made sure everything was taken care of at our destination. She is absolutely a pleasure and joy to work with.

Jen did an amazing job coordinating this 17-day adventure through Southeast Asia. 8 flights, 7 tours, 6 hotels, 5 airport transfers, 4 countries (and immigration) and an overnight cruise later ... and we have memories for a lifetime. Her suggestions, insight and professionalism were unmatched and she was available to make some changes along the way during our vacation. We truly appreciated all of her work - both pre-departure and during the adventure. We are already preparing for our next adventure and will look to Jen for guidance and tour management. Thank you.

Jen was very patient to answer all my questions. She even helped get us Anne Frank museum tickets.

Our family had dreamed of going to Japan for years. Finally, after a few years of saving we were able to plan the trip of a lifetime! Jen helped us customize the entire trip to meet our business and family needs. We were traveling with our special needs son and she was great about helping me find activities that would be fun for him as well as my teen. I also appreciated the advice with transportation. The accommodations she selected for us were absolutely amazing! We were able to walk to a market and cook in the room for our selves. I had multiple questions throughout this process and she answered me thoroughly. If something on the itinerary didn’t fit she changed it up for me. I would highly recommend Jen!!!

Jennifer first is a listener and hears what you want for your vacation. I will use her again. We wanted to start our Italy vacation on our tour in Rome a few days before the tour again. She set us up wtih that and even made suggestions about Rome. She has been to Italy a few times and confirmed some of the highlights that we were going to see on our Insight Vacation tour. She highlighted in yellow which ones we should do that Insight Vacations provided as an extra part of the tour for extra cost. We ended up doing all that was recommended by Insight Vacations. My wife and I really want to go back to Italy and when we do we will have Jenn customize our trip next time instead of a tour. I would recommend Jenn for your travel needs. She is pleasant, helpful and very organized. She had everything layed out for us and that was tremendous.

Jen did an amazing job planning our cruise, making sure all the details were handled and checking in along the way. We had a great time, saw many things we would have missed without her suggestions and guidance. She was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable in her field. Thank you Jen! We will be working with you again in the future as well as recommending you to friends and family!

Jen did a great job organizing everything from start to finish. Our 16 day cruise, pre-cruise and post cruise went flawlessly. She checked in to see how we were dong, made sure we had all the necessary documents down to the baggage tags! Great job Jen! It was a wonderful stress free trip. Thank you!

SAW MANY INTERESTING PORT CITYS...ESPECIALLY THE PANAMA CANAL

The resort was awesome, great food and friendly employees

From start to finish Jen was patient and kind. Went the extra mile to find best deals. Even our travel companions who booked last minutes raved of her kindness and patience. Top performer for sure.

All flights were on time, and service was wonderful. Jennifer was always available and responded to my frequent inquiries in record time with complete and accurate information.

Jen went above and beyond to help make our holiday vacation an unforgettable experience! Thank you for booking us wonderful hotels/resorts, wonderful excursions, and helping to schedule transportation for us in transit. We look forward to working with Jen again on our next adventure. Highly recommend.

Jen Lowry did an outstanding job setting up our travel across Iceland and the southern UK from October 25th through November 12th, 2024. My request to her for the vacation was extensive and detailed, and included multiple and very specific stops in both countries. Jen rose to the challenge and delivered 100% of what we wanted, including tours (such as the 6-Day Guided tour and a helicopter tour of Volcanoes in Iceland, and site specific tours in the UK such as Stonehenge, London Tower, walking tours in Bath and Chester, and Bletchley Park), hotels, breakfasts, car rental in the UK, transport between airports and hotels as needed, advice on entrance and exit from foreign countries, and more. When we asked for additions or changes to the schedule, Jen adjusted to our requests quickly and made them happen! Everything was well organized and flowed as it was supposed to when we traveled. It was a great trip! We intend to keep working with Jen on future trips and are already in some discu

Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our family cruise was fun and kept us very informed with updates as trip progressed.

Jen is an incredible travel agent! With her extensive travel experience, attention to detail, and genuine passion for her work, it’s no surprise that she goes above and beyond for her clients.

The inland cruise was a good trip and part of my bucket list. - I was not disappointed with the the help of Jen. She got these old folks safely there and back. - The trip and boat were very friendly. The only regrets that I have was we didn't see any wildlife which I was hoping to see. A big thank you goes out to Jen for the help and getting us organized.

She got me a great deal on a flight and hotel which I really appreciated.

Planning was a breeze. I was able to articulate what I wanted, and send my budget and Jennifer was able to get it all in and with highly rated hotels and guides/photographers. I got engaged this trip and it was a breeze! Jennifer was super responsive and helpful. Even with a 10 hour time difference and short notice, she as able to help me feel at ease when I was unsure next steps as this was only my second time abroad! I

This is only the second time I have gone through a travel agent and it was a great experience. Jen was available for questions at all times. This was our first visit out of the country and it went fairly smooth. We couldn't find our shuttle service. So I emailed Jen at 11 pm and she actually responded! Then once we got to our destination, due to late arrival, due to flight issues, not the agents fault, our room was not available. Jen , on her own accord. contacted the company and we were placed in our room the next day and was offered a free couples massage. The remainder of the trip was just amazing!

I had a great experience working with Jennifer on our recent travel to Phuket Thailand. From the beginning she was very patient taking the time to understand my specific needs and came back with several great options for a beach front resort that matched all my criteria. She worked with me to narrow down the choice to what ended up being a fantastic location with a luxurious stand-alone room with a private pool, walking distance to the beach. It checked all the boxes and then some. She also worked with me to book excursions and airport transport. She took the time to follow up a few days in advance with some helpful reminders before embarking on our trip. Everything went off without a hitch. It's comforting and helpful to use an agent for international travel, and certainly Jennifer held our hands through the whole process. Would certainly recommend her again.
