Excellent service provided by Deborah. From booking the cruise, flights and hotels. Arranging transportation from airport to hotels and back. Deborah was always available to us for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend her services

Deb was amazing. My brother and his wife don't usually use an agent but I like to travel knowing if something happens that we have someone to contact. Deb found us a good deal and cautioned us about our hotel choice as it didn't have the best reviews. The price was right and I was willing to give this place another chance. It was actually better than our first visit but the hotel still needs some upgrades. My sister-in-law actually liked using an agent and asked me if it was ok with me if she used her for her next trip. Of course I don't mind. This wasn't the first time I've used Deb. She arranged a large trip for me last year and a cruise for this coming May that we are very excited about. Deb found us great tours and all we have to do now is wait to pack for our trip.

We had been to this hotel before. My brother and his wife had been to the Krystal in PV and said it was good. My experience had not been good the first time I went to the Krystal Grand. The rooms really need to be updated. Our patio door would not close. Two people came up and the first one just tried to close it and it wouldn't, the next person came up with WD40... that wasn't going to do the job. It would not meet up with the other side of the door. They said they would send someone over at 10 a.m. the next day. Nobody showed. My husband fixed it by bending the bar back so we could it least close the door. There were no hangers or blow dryer in the room. we had to ask for it. our toilet plugged up on our last day and we had to have someone come in. Thank goodness they came quickly. The grounds are lovely.... the pool is missing quite a few tiles but the lay out is wonderful and the outdoor staff were all very friendly. Bar service was hit and miss... he was either there all the time or not there at all. Booking your restaurants was no easy.... you needed wifi to do that and their wifi wasn't always working. The restaurants were all good...even the buffet was good. Thy use QR codes for their menus... but again if the wifi wasn't working they were useless.

Start to finish Deborah was there to guide us. Sent lots of information with a travel guide as well. We were very happy with the excellent service from Deborah.

Deborah help us plan my bucket list trip to Europe. We went to Germany, France, Belgium and Switzerland. Flights in and out of Paris were booked through Air France. Train travel was done through EURail and Eurostar. The Eurostar rail pass is the best way to go as it is very flexible. The hotels Deborah chose were great. Our stay in Liege, Belgium at the Van der Valk Hotel Liège Congres was her best choice for the breakfast buffet. It had so many different options than the others did. The hotel in Bremen, Germany was the Maritim Hotel Bremen. The suite was like an apartment and overlooked the park. When there was a fireworks display one night we had a perfect view. Deborah is excellent in communicating and listening to your requests. As well as suggesting things to see that you might not have thought of otherwise. This trip would not have been as amazing as it was without her help.
