I truly didn’t understand just how amazing a travel agent could be until I met Andrew! I wanted to plan a special trip for my daughter as it was her first time going out of the country but we had a death in the family and I just wasn’t sure that it would be possible. I contacted Andrew and with very short notice he was able to put together the most incredible itinerary for us with so many choices. We had a phone conversation and several corresponding emails and based on the information I gave him he was able to find hotels, experiences, restaurants etc. that perfectly aligned to what we were looking for and gave us options at different price points which I appreciated. He was in contact when I needed to reach him and followed up with me while we were on our trip to alert us of a schedule change. He also followed up after our trip and provided a very sweet and thoughtful memento that we have to keep. He's technically savvy but able to work with people like me who don’t have quite the technological savvy he does. He’s super organized ( wish he could help me in my everyday life ??), helpful and above all else extremely kind! It’s very clear he’s very knowledgeable about travel and doing something he truly loves! I’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending him for your travel needs! I know we will! We had the most magical trip! It helped restore my confidence in traveling and inspire my daughter and me to want to travel more! Thank you Andrew! You are a gift!

6 adult friends from around the world. Hard to plan a trip for, yes? No! Andrew masterfully worked with all of our locations internationally to bring us together without any issues or hiccups to Disney World in Florida USA for an 8-day magical experience. Booked our flights, hotels, park passes, and even made recommendations on places to dine at each park. His attention to detail was perfect for my style of vacationing. Very communicative. Highly organized. Able to make adjustments as needed. We were not over planned for those in the party who needed a bit more of a relaxed vibe. Our vacation was perfect for us! I cannot sing the praises of Andrew at Adventure Alchemists highly enough. Using him again for an upcoming, big birthday bash vacation.

Andrew was extraordinarily resourceful, attentive, and creative in arranging for our Viking river cruise, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and sight-seeing in several European cities. He was readily available to help us solve unexpected problems and to make sure we were using our time wisely. As a result of his efforts and advice we had a splendid two-week tour through Switzerland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Andrew gave us great advice for our trip! We needed him after having a slight medical issue on our trip and it was so nice to have Andrew to help adjust our itinerary. Our two week trip was so seamless thanks to Andrew and I can not recommend him enough! I had never worked with a travel agent before but it was an amazing first experience. Would highly recommend Andrew for any vacation planning given his knowledge, personalization, and follow through/up both during planning, during a trip, and after a vacation is over. Although we sought out Andrew for his extensive knowledge in planning our upcoming Japan trip, he has been a Godsend in planning our Norwegian Family cruise to the Caribbean (Honduras, Belize, Cozumel, Bahamas) that we just completed and our upcoming vacation to Curacao. Andrew takes the time to get to know you, your family, and your overall situation in order to provide you with the best advice and trip planning possible. He is all over the deals, best locations, and constantly watching for reduced pricing, changes to itinerary, etc. It think for the our cruise in August, he wound us 3 better deals that when we booked a year ago. On our cruise he checked in on our twice to ensure things were going well and is always so welcoming to our questions and changes made during planning, after initial booking, and right before a vacation. Have worked with other travel agents over the years, but Andrew is hands down the best person we have ever worked with for all sorts of vacations. Couldn't recommend him any more than 100% awesome!

Andrew went above and beyond when he helped my wife and I for our trip to Japan. He assisted us with booking our Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea tickets and helped us with so many more details in our trip where we traveled throughout Tokyo and Kyoto. We are thankful we stumbled upon Andrew and would love to keep using him for future trips and recommend him to anyone else planning to take a vacation!

Andrew helped me figure out how to get set-up for a trip to Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea. I found the process of booking and setting up all the additional rides and choices very confusing, and he walked me through the process in less than 90 minutes and we are now set for a great experience. He also made a great recommendation to re-book what I had booked that I think will allow us to experience the rides without missing out. Without his help, I would have either had to spend probably 20 hours figuring it out, but most likely would have made mistakes and ended up having a stressful time at Disney and missed some of the best rides. Andrew also helped with a few other things in Tokyo and I'm sure could have helped much more if we had contacted him earlier. Highly recommended.

Andrew was more than insightful and more than knowledgeable about Japan. He was gracious and understanding as my husband and I cobbled together an itinerary for a last-minute Asian trip. He gave us lots of options and tips - which all ended up being worthwhile. His insights to Kyoto, Tokyo, and Tokyo Disney were all spot on, and his interactive map and internet links provided us the ability to adjust our plans in Japan when necessary.
