Vegan and Special Dietary Needs Travel Expert

I do not normally use a travel agent, but for my retirement trip, I wanted everything to be seamless. Andrew delivered. He listened carefully to everything I wanted in my trip and helped me to plan accordingly. I found Andrew to be very friendly, knowledgeable and a skilled, prompt communicator. I especially loved the Wanderlog app that he set up, which enabled us to refer to all features of our trip (airline info, hotel rez, travel insurance, car rental, tour plans) all in one place. When a planned tour was changed, Andrew reached out while on our vacation to offer assistance to rebook if needed. Any time I need a travel agent for future trips, Andrew is my guy!

There was nothing for us to do but sit back and relax because Andrew took care of every detail of the trip. From Ubers to flights, booking the cruise and arranging hotels before and after the cruise. Andrew made excellent suggestions of what we should see and do in both Basel and Amsterdam. For example he woke in the middle of the night to secure tickets to the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam for us because he knew how much we wanted to tour it. He answered every question and went beyond our expectations to make this trip hassle free for us. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of travel and what he doesn't know he does extensive researches to find the best solutions. We have already booked another 2 cruises with him and he is helping to plan a trip to Italy for us. Best of all he listened to what we wanted from the trip and did his best to make is happen. Andrew was also available to help once the trip began as there were a couple of unforeseen things that cropped up that needed attention. One of the best trips we have taken.

Andrew helped our family plan a last- minute trip to Tokyo Disneyland and we couldn’t have done it without him! He is incredibly responsive and he crafted travel options that align with our preferences and travel style. We keep coming back to him because he is so wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend him enough.

I truly didn’t understand just how amazing a travel agent could be until I met Andrew! I wanted to plan a special trip for my daughter as it was her first time going out of the country but we had a death in the family and I just wasn’t sure that it would be possible. I contacted Andrew and with very short notice he was able to put together the most incredible itinerary for us with so many choices. We had a phone conversation and several corresponding emails and based on the information I gave him he was able to find hotels, experiences, restaurants etc. that perfectly aligned to what we were looking for and gave us options at different price points which I appreciated. He was in contact when I needed to reach him and followed up with me while we were on our trip to alert us of a schedule change. He also followed up after our trip and provided a very sweet and thoughtful memento that we have to keep. He's technically savvy but able to work with people like me who don’t have quite the technological savvy he does. He’s super organized ( wish he could help me in my everyday life ??), helpful and above all else extremely kind! It’s very clear he’s very knowledgeable about travel and doing something he truly loves! I’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending him for your travel needs! I know we will! We had the most magical trip! It helped restore my confidence in traveling and inspire my daughter and me to want to travel more! Thank you Andrew! You are a gift!

6 adult friends from around the world. Hard to plan a trip for, yes? No! Andrew masterfully worked with all of our locations internationally to bring us together without any issues or hiccups to Disney World in Florida USA for an 8-day magical experience. Booked our flights, hotels, park passes, and even made recommendations on places to dine at each park. His attention to detail was perfect for my style of vacationing. Very communicative. Highly organized. Able to make adjustments as needed. We were not over planned for those in the party who needed a bit more of a relaxed vibe. Our vacation was perfect for us! I cannot sing the praises of Andrew at Adventure Alchemists highly enough. Using him again for an upcoming, big birthday bash vacation.

He guided us through ticketing and transportation, and with my sister’s special needs, he clearly explained the DAS pass process so we knew exactly what to expect. Andrew was amazing in helping us plan our Disney trip. He was clearly a season pro and provided us with all the tricks and tips to get the most from our trip. From suggestions on which resorts to stay at, how to navigate lightning lanes, and places to eat and rides to go on with our little ones. Andrew was extraordinarily resourceful, attentive, and creative in arranging for our Viking river cruise, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and sight-seeing in several European cities. He was readily available to help us solve unexpected problems and to make sure we were using our time wisely. As a result of his efforts and advice we had a splendid two-week tour through Switzerland, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Andrew gave us great advice for our trip! We needed him after having a slight medical issue on our trip and it was so nice to have Andrew to help adjust our itinerary. Our two week trip was so seamless thanks to Andrew and I can not recommend him enough! I had never worked with a travel agent before but it was an amazing first experience. Looking forward to booking more trips through him in the future.

From start to finish, our trip was wonderful! Andrew is knowledgeable about all aspects of a successful vacation. Would highly recommend Andrew for any vacation planning given his knowledge, personalization, and follow through/up both during planning, during a trip, and after a vacation is over. Although we sought out Andrew for his extensive knowledge in planning our upcoming Japan trip, he has been a Godsend in planning our Norwegian Family cruise to the Caribbean (Honduras, Belize, Cozumel, Bahamas) that we just completed and our upcoming vacation to Curacao. Andrew takes the time to get to know you, your family, and your overall situation in order to provide you with the best advice and trip planning possible. He is all over the deals, best locations, and constantly watching for reduced pricing, changes to itinerary, etc. It think for the our cruise in August, he wound us 3 better deals that when we booked a year ago. On our cruise he checked in on our twice to ensure things were going well and is always so welcoming to our questions and changes made during planning, after initial booking, and right before a vacation. Have worked with other travel agents over the years, but Andrew is hands down the best person we have ever worked with for all sorts of vacations. Couldn't recommend him any more than 100% awesome!

This was our first trip using Andrew as our Travel agent. The time and attention he put into planning our trip was wonderful! Andrew was more than insightful and more than knowledgeable about Japan. He was gracious and understanding as my husband and I cobbled together an itinerary for a last-minute Asian trip. He gave us lots of options and tips - which all ended up being worthwhile. His insights to Kyoto, Tokyo, and Tokyo Disney were all spot on, and his interactive map and internet links provided us the ability to adjust our plans in Japan when necessary.
