Family fun in the Caribbean!

Karena was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She really cares about her clients and will do whatever she can to troubleshoot and assist you in planning a wonderful vacation. We were planning a family cruise and Karena was recommended by a friend. We ended up with 35 people traveling from 5 different states. From the beginning, she listened intently and worked with individual family members to book their staterooms. After the booking, she created a comprehensive resource explaining information about cruising and suggestions for lodging and transportation before and after the cruise. She was available on the weekends and evenings to answer questions and was extremely responsive. We had a major crisis just before our cruise and she worked diligently to help resolve it. We appreciated all of Karena's efforts to ensure we had a great time as a family.

Cruise with kids!

Last Minute Perfect Trip

At the last minute my husband and I decided we wanted to go somewhere for our anniversary, so we reached out to Karena at Straight Away Travel and HOLY MOLY she did not disappoint! She got us a great special at a Secrets resort in Jamaica, arranged our transportation to and from the hotel. It was a PERFECT trip and one that we would not have been able to plan or research ourselves. We will be using Karena again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to others!!!!
