We called Jen with an huge ask: create a family vacation for 5 adults in 3 countries over 3 weeks, and find ways to make sure that introverts and extroverts have fun, plus a mix of the tourist things we wanted and mostly "off the beaten path" experiences - PLUS no hotels, homes with rooms for everyone and two bathrooms. Jen took detailed notes, met with us several times virtually and in person, and was not only a consummate professional but was just as excited about our trip as we were! She arranged for treats to be delivered to our first stop in Dublin, that were delicious and thoughtful. This was the trip of a lifetime for us, and everything was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.
